Wonderful service from ordering to delivery. Tubble is such a lovely product. Quality materials used and the bath is a dream to use. Well worth the money and delighted with my purchase.

Zo fijn om toch in bad te kunnen zonder het hebben van een echt bad. Makkelijk op te zetten, mooi en zit lekker. Goede service ook.

Ich liebe diese Whirlpool Wanne. Trotz einigen anfänglichen Problemen möchte ich auf dieses Spa Erlebnis nicht mehr verzichten. Den Boden blase ich nicht auf ich lege meinen Badeteppich unter und das ist sehr angenehm. Für den abflussschlauch habe ich eine doppelte Schlinge auf den Abflusssieb befestigt das ist super stabil auch wenn ich die Wanne zum ablaufen etwas kippe bleibt alles trocken. Jetzt freue ich mich jede Woche auf mein schönes entspanntes Blubberbad.

Unfortunately, my Cuzi broke just after the warranty period ended. How convenient.

It cannot be repaired with the repair kit because there is a leak near the hose of the jacuzzi pump. I also tried using duct tape, but that didn't work either.

So, it is not a normal leak: only when there is pressure (when the tub is filled with water), the air slowly leaks out of the tub. When there is no water in it, there is no problem.

Very disappointed. I really want to buy a new tub, but I think I am going to buy from another company, because I no longer trust the quality of Tubble.

Ich habe am 22.2. einen Tubble Cuzi bestellt. Leider ist er zu groß. Er wurde nicht ausgepackt, kann also zurückgeschickt werden.
Ich habe 4 Nachrichten an den Support mit Bitte um ein Rücksendeticket verschickt, die erste am 19.3. Bis jetzt ohne eine Antwort oder eine Reaktion.
Ich habe von Tubble über eine Zeitschrift erfahren, selbstverständlich werde ich auch dort hin schreiben mit der Bitte um einen Hinweis. Sehr ärgerlich.

I am exceedingly pleased and satisfied with my purchase of a Tubble Royal in burgundy color. I chose this brand because it is safe for my children and we can also enjoy it as parents. The plastic is strong and phthalate-free and BPA-free. The quality is really good. The floor is padded, so it’s comfortable, but it’s not filled with air, which makes it really solid—for example, for the bath support of my infant.

This bathtub altogether is more comfortable than a normal bathtub because it is soft and because it is not as cold or as hard as a normal bathtub. Also, we can sit with our backs resting on both sides, contrary to a normal bathtub.

I missed having a bathtub when I was ill or had sore muscles. I also really wanted to see my two young children bath and play in the water together. But thanks to my search online, I found out that it wasn’t a problem. Now we will do rituals every week enjoying the bath time. We fill it up really quickly. It’s just a little bit tricky to organize the evacuation of water, and you also have to make sure to really clean the inside before you fold it back.

Other than that, it’s really seamless and easy to use, and you can use it inside or outside. Hopefully it will last a very long time—I don’t see why not if we take care of it. I would also like to really praise the makers of this bathtub because it fills a gap for those who have none.

When I had a bathtub, I was happy to know I had it but I was never using it. And when I had no bathtub, I was really missing it. Now I’m in the in-between, and it’s just perfect.

I absolutely love your bathrobes—they’re truly wonderful! The only small downside is the sizing: the S/M feels a bit too small, while the L/XL is a little too large. It would be amazing if you could introduce a mid-range size like M/L.

Overall, your bathrobes are fantastic. I also purchased your bathtub for a period when I didn’t have one, and it was excellent as well!

J'avais depuis 7 ans un tubble standard, qui a fait son temps avec résistance. Je viens de commander un tubble cuzi, très agréable. Produit de bonne qualité et service client au top pour petit défaut.

Service was altijd top maar is op dit moment een stapje terug.
Nieuwe cuzi gekocht, en er bleek een fabricage fout in te zitten. Bad is niet onbruik ik maar toch... na meerdere mails op en neer gelukkig wel opgelost maar een snellere oplossing was erg fijn geweest.
Ik heb nog wat twijfel s over het waterslot want de huidige bubbelpomp lekt, hopelijk is dat straks opgelost.
In de handleiding staat steek de stekker in een geaard stopcontact maar de stekker zelf heeft geen aarding...
De pomp maakt onaangenaam veel herrie, dit zou vermeld moeten worden voor aanschaf. Het is qua geluid eerder een zware stofzuiger dan het geluid van bijv een jacuzzi...
Ik was voorheen heel tevreden (dit is mijn 2e exemplaar) maar heb op dit moment wat twijfels over dit specifieke model en het tempo van klacht afhandeling... wordt vervolgd als ik de nieuwe pomp in huis heb.

Heerlijke baden! We begonnen 5 jaar geleden met een standaard bad maar sinds een half jaar hebben we gekozen voor de bubble Cuzi! Service is zeer goed! Erg klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bad ligt heerlijk zacht. Beter dan een standaard hard bad als je mij vraagt.

Tolle Pumpe. Klappt einwandfrei für meine Badewanne.
