Happy with the product itself but unhappy with the lack of response from customer service. When our order arrived it was missing the cleaning spray and one of the lamps was broken. I've been trying to get in contact with customer service since the end of July. I've reached out via the contact form on their website, email, social media but no response anywhere. It's been over a month of radio silence and although I enjoy the product I can not currently recommend this company.
I'm hoping this review will get the attention of customer service, you should have emails from me for order #7898, please get in touch.

le Tubble est très bien,facile d utilisation et confortable,juste le moteur bruyant

I use my Tubble after pilates to help my muscles relax and recover. It's honestly become part of my routine to help with flexibility and de-bloating. Taking a bath before bed has made such a difference for my sleep too. Highly recommend if you're into fitness and self-care🥰 +customer service was excellent too!

The cuzi is zomers heerlijk relaxend op balkon, en in de winter gaat ie naar binnen !

Ideaal voor mensen met spier issues, je kunt waanzinnig goed stretchen en masseren omdat je in het water ligt

Dikke aanrader, doet wat een Spa wellness en jacuzzi doet, maar dan voor veel minder €€€

Bleek lek te zijn, netjes terug gestuurd, nu naar 4 weken nog steeds mijn retour niet verwerkt, waardoor ik dus en moet betalen en geen bad heb.

Super god kundeservice og hurtig levering

Ordered a Tubble Royale, thought it was a great idea. The bath arrived with 2 punctures, and the pump had a broken piece of plastic inside the moving motor. The vinyl also had some aesthetic discolouration.

I tried to contact customer service 4 times directly, and have had 0 replies. During this time their whole contact page on the website got removed for a while too.

I guess if you receive a working product then you'll be fine, but good luck if you need to contact the non existent customer service.

Achat d'une baignoire gonflable tubble sur amazon. Grande et semble de bonne qualité. J'ai eu un peu souci après quelques utilisations et le service après-vente a été très réactif : j'ai reçu une baignoire neuve dans jours suivants! Merci from France, je recommande Tubble! :)

I bought the Tubble cuzzi a month ago - great product, very satisfied, I highly recommend! I also needed to contact support for another issue and they were very responsive!

Good customer service

Product is very nice and my experience of shopping are very nice

The option for pre-payment (where you use a bank transfer to pay) is not set up correctly. I followed all the instructions, entered my order number correctly, and made the payment. Over a week went by with the site claiming no payment had been made.
I ended up contacting customer service, who tried to tell me I had not paid and issued a second invoice. When I showed them a screenshot of my payment, they then accepted it and proceeded.
Yet more time passed with no shipment updates, and I ended up having to contact them again, at which point they claimed an error in the system meant it had not been shipped, and initiated the shipping.
Overall it took 22 days for my order to be shipped, and so close to a month in total for it to arrive.
I would not have chosen this option had I known it would be so much hassle, and frankly, I don't understand why they offer this option if it doesn't work properly.
