This company is a total scam. There is no way to actually cancel...believe me I've been trying to since June 2025. They steal 65 a month from me. They and this garbage product and steal money from my credit card, which is the citi Mastercard. Citi is also useless at helping you fight against fraud.
This whole this is s nightmare. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Total garbage, total nightmare.

The money back guarantee is a joke because they ship from China, which they hide very well during the sales process. Sure you can return it, if you want to pay twice as much to return it as you will be credited for returning it! Scammers.

I keep getting more and more product shipped to me. I can't seem to get them to stop charging me and sending me more. There also seems to be two companies with almost the same exact product, even the packaging looks the same. Nello and Ulora. VERY CONFUSING and seems like someone is copying another company and not operating above board. I'm very unhappy with the inability to stop being charged for this.

Unknowingly signed me up for a subscription as others have noted. Didn't even try it yet and not going to, just a scam. Charged me for another order that i did not place. emailed them. we'l see...

Was signed up for an automatic subscriptions without my consent. Their website does not allow you to cancel the subscription. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give this company -0- stars I would. The product I ordered made me ill and my Dr said don't use it. There is no way to cancel your subscription and when contacted they would only send "buy more" "don't go" emails. Finally they said they would cancel and then shipped and charged me for product again. Horrible customer service and yes, it is a scam.

Such an absolute SCAM!! Do not buy from this company. You will never be able to cancel the subscription.

First of all how does Trustpilot show 2.5 stars if 100% reviews are 1star?
It’s a scam company! As you make your one time purchase, watch out for the subscription box you need to uncheck before your purchase! That’s right: you need to “un-buy” the subscription as you shop. Otherwise you get automatically signed up. I got 3 months’ supply of their magic powder (I seriously doubt it really works- they just copy another company) and a month later they charged me for another 3 months’ lot according to their enforced subscription.
Cancelling it was a real gehenna; it took days of ridiculous back and forth with a bot or a soulless person who might as well be a bot. I still don’t know if it will get solved without a legal action.
Do yourself a favour and just don’t buy this crap!

This company is a scam. They will charge your credit card a month after you order and claim you signed up for a subscription when you actually hit one time purchase. I took pictures to prove that I made a one time purchase because this has happened to me before. Do not order from this company!!! In addition, good luck finding a cancellation link anywhere.

THey tried to cash in the same amount again a month after I had received my shipment, which I had not tried yet! The bank notified me. I had to cancel my card. needless to say i will not even try the stuff...who knows what is in it. Also I noticed -to late unfortunately-that their e mail is a gmail. No real company has a gmail account! SCAM

Ordered October 8th 2025 and as of October 28th still don’t have my order. A complete scam.

Do not subscribe to any products from this company! You won't be able to cancel your subscription. They will just keep billing you, but stop shipping the product. Plus, i don't even think their product works. I'm having better luck with a product that I'm trying elsewhere. I was using super focus. Seriously, this is a bad company. They even gave me a fake tracking number For a shipment.

I ordered 5 packages that were supposed to be all different flavors, and instead got 5 packages of just one flavor that happened to be the one I was least excited about. They offered 50% back, and when I said that not only did I not want that flavor even at 50%, and I wanted to invoke the satisfaction guarantee, they replied with a scripted "We welcome returns within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging. Items used, worn, or opened in any way are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer." Not only were they not honoring their 90 day money back guarantee, they aslo wanted me to pay to send back product I did not order.
