Isn’t fulfilling an order in time and charges me 50 dollars unauthorised without me even agreeing to it. Total scam don’t buy this crap, reviews and a reddit forum explain this enough

I ordered clothes from this website about two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything—no shipping info, no updates, nothing. There’s also no way to contact them. I’m pretty sure I’ll get my money back through my bank, but just a heads up to everyone: avoid this site. It feels like a scam.

Also, every time I comment on their Instagram posts asking about my order, they delete my comments, which is a huge red flag.

Total scam, I spent around $30 a mouth ago and never got the clothes. They keep trying to charge me money over few weeks or so but I blocked the merchant so they can’t take any money but they still try to. The site contacts and ways of reaching my them DO NOT work. If you buy from them you WILL NOT GET YOUR CLOTHS

Is very very very likely a scam, haven’t received my hoodie yet and I have a currently pending payment on my card, emailed them and they said it was for a subscription which I was not told about ANYWHERE when I bought. Anyway after further research it seems sooo sketchy, they have a bunch of different names so you struggle to find them off a google search and loads of other stuff.
Hope I get my stuff, I was stupid to buy off them. DONT BUY ANTHING!

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely pathetic company and their customer services treat you like a complete moron.

They sent the wrong colour (black instead of light grey). They asked for photo proof. I provided this. They responded saying "please give us 48 hours to investigate". 6 days later no response. I contacted them. They said they were still waiting for my response - using 'Reply' to the email with photo in it. They also stated they sent the wrong colour because they'd run out of the colour I had ordered.

Telling them I wanted a refund and return the the wrong ones, they replied I'd have to pay for shipping FOR THEIR MISTAKE. When I further complained about this, they replied... "Sorry you have received the wrong size"!!!!

A completely useless company. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Signed me up for a membership without any notification on the purchase or a single email about this membership, then refused to refund me. This is a total scam, beware.

Continualyy billed monthly for no product. I ordered a rosacea product 3 months ago that did not work.They have continued to bill me for the last 2 months. It's very hard to get in touch with them.

I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. I made 2 purchases from them and then monthly was charged around £30 for NOTHING. Absolutely disgusting. Of course no response from the company. It has been reported to my credit card company .

There is definitely something shady going on. I too experienced the same issues as everyone else with unauthorized subscription charges and difficulty receiving refunds. Now when you visit what used to be the skincare site, they're just selling some supplement? What??

This company is a total scam. After making a one-off purchase of their product, they continued to make monthly unauthorised charges of $US39.90 to my credit card. When I complained and asked for an explanation, they tried to claim that I had opted in for a subscription service for 'ongoing discounts', and offered a 50% refund on the last unauthorised charge.

I received the product as advertised, and it caused skin irritation. I requested my subscription be cancelled and stated I did not want to receive any future shipments. Foolishly I didn’t save my emails, and I was billed the next month without receiving product.
I have been emailing customer service for three months after continuing to be billed. Each time I provide my information they claim I don’t exist in their system. There is no phone number to contact and I’m at the point of canceling my card just so they stop billing me.
My cc company won’t allow me to dispute the charges because I don’t have proof I cancelled the services.
Save your emails!

Paid for and received first order , then they started taking money out of my account every 2 weeks .

When I contacted them , they told me I had signed up for a subscription and acknowledged that this info wasn’t anywhere visible in the purchase process . A refund of the most recent transaction was offered , but refused anything further .

And apparently the transactions weren’t for any more product , just simply paying for the privilege of a subscription.
The product doesn’t work either .

Scam warning, do not buy this product. They will auto enter you into a costly monthly subscription with no notification . Also, the product does not work.

This is their last email when I ask them what the subscription is for, since I did not receive any product beside the initial order but kept being charged: "Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand your concern — I’d
be happy to clarify.

The recurring charge you’re referring to is connected to the
promotional offer you selected when placing your initial order. This
offer automatically enrolled customers into our membership program,
which provides ongoing discounts, early access to new products, and
exclusive pricing.

That said, we understand that this may not have been clear at the time
of purchase, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.
Please rest assured that your subscription has now been fully
cancelled, so no further charges will occur."

They delivered my order, but continued to charge me $39.99 a month without shipping additional products, or emailing me a receipt of the supposed subscription charges. When contacted they said they could only refund the most recent subscription charge. I will be disputing with my credit card company. And the product did nothing to improve my skin.

I ordered this product from NZ in July. I then noticed I was being charged $39.95 US every month after that on my credit card. When I emailed the company about this, they politely told me I had signed up for a subscription when I purchased the original product. NO WHERE was it clear I was signing up for an ongoing subscription which I would never have agreed to. Very deceptive on the company's part and very disappointing. The product didn't even work so to anyone out there reading this, don't do it.

This company signed me up for a subscription withtout asking and with no indication of this in my order summary, my profile or any comms from them. Now they have charged me AGAiN and I haven't even received the product which I ordered 3 weeks ago. Avoid! Scam! By the way they charge in USD which is not indicated anywhere and about double my local currency.

SCAM! I bought a one-off product that doesn't work then they signed me up to a monthly subscription that I didn't purchase and as yet haven't refunded me
