The product was not advertised as this high price. I ordered one for a much lower price. At no time during the purchase was I given this total to confirm before processing my payment in my card. I am alarmed! I have requested a full refund and that the order be cancelled immediately. It has already been charged to my card. This seems like fraud to me. I have now attempted to contact this company twice with this urgent request. No reply has been sent yet.

Wouldn’t u find it strange receiving 2 orders within minutes - personally I would think there is a glitch in the system & ring to enquire if that is what was suppose to happen - now I have to wait for the refund :)

Like many others who have posted…the process of ordering then dealing with all the “add on” options & never getting a full summary of costs AFTER your credit card has been entered isn’t ideal. Really hoping the information about the creators being from Calgary & that the product is Canadian are both true. Will update review once product arrives

I just found this on Facebook & sharktank . I like the idea that it is Canadian . I have never tried anything like this . I feel I was a bit deceived with all the add ons. There is no indication of semi total or final total until you have gotten the credit card & then it is too late . Don’t like how it was done

Pushing a review before the product is received doesn't make sense. I will update post receipt. The overall process so far is a 2 bc of the aggressiveness of add on sales. I selected No and was still charged an additional $50 for supplements which are not advertised as part of the product pitch. Very busy single mom and now will have to go through the refund process. Very frustrating before even trying anything.

The advertising is completely false and trying to reach the company immediately after the purchase was impossible as they didn't answer their phone. For an order placed for $39.99, I was charged $179.94 and when I finally contacted this company through email, (as that was the only way I could) I received this response.
Option 1: Keep the item and receive a 25% partial refund. What we can do right away is issue a 25% partial refund to your original payment method. This is the quickest option - there’s no need to return the product or complete any paperwork. If you’d like to proceed with this, please confirm and we will move forward.
Option 2: Return the item for a full refund. If you prefer a full refund, you’ll need to ship the unopened, unused item back to us at your expense and complete our return form. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse it will be inspected (1-2 weeks) and the refund processed after inspection. The whole return and refund process can take up to 20 days depending on shipping and processing.
This company was advertised as a Calgary, Alberta company but as you can see, returns must be sent to the Netherlands.
They had plenty of opportunity to reverse the charge but despite many emails, I just kept receiving the same patent email.
A very fraudulent, rip off company.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THINVEIL or GETTHINVEIL.
This company can not be trusted

The order said $31.99 and actually had to pay over $238 at checkout and it did not give a summary of payment during the entire transaction. That was hidden from consumer . I feel ripped off.
