Customer service helped
Customer service provided good information for my new Snow unit and now it works. My other Snow unit died after only two years so I hope this one lasts longer. On the other hand.. the website is the worst I think I've ever experienced! It's very evasive with their access to customer service or handling subscription. The only way I could stop my subscription was to finally just delete my credit card information! Now I see they go through the SHOP app so maybe things will be better hopefully.

Don't get me wrong I love the products…
Don't get me wrong I love the products but I have been checking weekly for the past month and a half almost 2 months to see if they restocked this product and have sent customer service emails asking when they think this will restock and no answer. I am merely rating based on the level of customer service. It shouldn't take more than a month to get back to a customer with an answer even if there isn't a firm date of restock. Disappointed.

Out of stock
I was never contacted and told that the items I ordered were out of stock, I had to initiate the conversation and ask for my refund. Once I did that they did issue me a full refund same day. Conversations with Customer Service were easy and the replied promptly.

Doesn't work so don't believe the hype. 3 weeks now...0 change. Check Google reviews which state the same. I think this company is buying likes and comments because the product is not effective. Co Contacted me and told me I could pay shipping and return it. Don't waste your money.

My experience with Snow has been greater than I ever anticipated
My experience with Snow has been incredible. Like anything else I was uncertain if the product would actually work. After trying it and being consistent, I'm here to tell you IT REALLY WORKS!!!! Great Customer Service
I have been using the LED device and loving it. It developed a short and wouldn't stay lit. I reached out not expecting anything because I no longer had the receipt, but Angeli responded right away and sent a replacement device. Couldn't be happier with the support and products!

This Company Snow is totally a scam
Same as everyone else’s. I wrote I wanted to cancel my subscription before it even shipped, yet no replies. They then want to charge you shipping if I return it when I wrote cancelling it before it left Snow. This company is a scam every month the price changes. $54 for two whitening pens is crazy. They make it as difficult as they can to cancel a subscription. It’s all smoke and mirrors and stock emails but, none work.

Joyce from Snow contacted me today and my issue was resolved very quickly. I want to thank Joyce. I am very impressed. This is a great company, and their products are amazing.

These products are horrible
These products are horrible. I never received an order confirmation with an order number to request a refund. The strips are awful. doesn’t stick to your teeth and just moves all around and falls apart in your mouth. The chewable tablets are even worse. They are a mess in your mouth and crumble into a million pieces and you can’t get it all out of your mouth. Please refund my money.

This is a scam
This is a scam! I ordered and my card was charged. I was recieving multiple promotion emails from them every day until I emailed to request a receipt and tracking information. I got NO response from the company and did not recieved a customer service reply. Now all emails have completely stopped. Do not trust this company!
