Less than a month

Upon receiving the wireless mouthpiece…
Upon receiving the wireless mouthpiece case, I wasn’t sure if the product came fully charged so I went ahead and charged it. The blue light didn’t stay on long, so I assumed it was charged. Later that evening before bed, I went ahead and used the mouthpiece but it didn’t even stay on for the full 30 minutes. I went ahead and pressed the button again but it only stayed on for 10 minutes. So I pressed it again and finally my 30 minutes was up but had to turn it on one more time. I went ahead and charged it again. Which, it did earlier, just charged for about 5 minutes. The next night, I put in the mouthpiece and it only stayed on for 13 minutes. So I went ahead and emailed customer service. Angelique was so awesome. She helped with all my questions and the exchange process. Hopefully I’ll receive my replacement soon since the exchange said the product I was replacing was sold out.

Snow Whitening Kit and Powder
I bought the snow whitening kit and the snow powder. Neither worked for me. I am extremely disappointed. My teeth and gums are very sensitive and I was afraid the whitening kit would hurt but it didn’t. I used it multiple times but it didn’t whiten my teeth.

A company with integrity
I have been very happy with my snow wireless whitening system. It works so well, I don't need to use it very often. When I placed my first order, I had an issue with a duplicate order being sent, and the company took care of it right away.
I've had my system for not quite a year and the charger stopped working. I was bummed and assumed I was just out the money... But they asked me for details of the situation and quickly sent me an entirely new system! I think they are a company with integrity and I would buy from them again and recommend them.

Too Small
I had high hopes for these Whitening Strips, but they are not clearly made for people with very small teeth. I don't have large teeth, but the strip did not cover all of my upper teeth at all. The bottom one started dissolving before I had it in place, and the results are minimal, at best.
