Ready to smile!
I liked the presentation; it's attractive and very practical since it has three usage options. The packaging is also an ideal size for traveling. It has a minty, natural, and smooth flavor. The texture is soft; it doesn't feel like it will damage or scratch your teeth, so I felt very comfortable using the product. After using it, I noticed a difference in my teeth; it whitened and brightened them. It wasn't a radical change, but it was noticeable and important for me. Since I'm currently undergoing cancer treatment, my dentist advised me not to get the deep cleaning I usually do. I'll see what results I see after using it for a few days.

Had an issue with not realizing I signed up for subscription and since then moved away. Company was quick to respond to my email and resolved issue within 24-48 hours

Still safe to use? Effective still?
My hubby bought me the gel and LED tray but I only used the first gel brush. Now three years later… I’m wondering if it is safe and effective to use the other three in the kit as I would like to start the whitening again.

The snow white powder is not whitening…
The snow white powder is not whitening the teath at all! And be careful of the website. I got the product last month and it seems I was automatically subscribed for the same product to be sent to me every month for 43$!!!! I emailed them asking about the refund and how to return back their bad product and still after 3 days no one respond back!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I ordered three items from Snow Teeth Whitening on May 6th. On May 11th, I checked my bank account and saw a charge for right around $100 for five items. I DID NOT make that purchase or approve anyone at Snow to use my card to make that purchase. I immediately contacted their customer service email to alert them to the issue. Out of 11 emails exchanged back and forth, eight of them were mine, one of theirs was just an automated message, and it always took them days to get back to me. They told me the best way to get my "refund" (though, how can it be a refund when you didn't even make the purchase?) was to refuse the package with the mailman and have him return it to their headquarters. I did so on May 12th and sent them an email letting them know that I did refuse the package and it was on its way back.They said, and I quote, "Thank you for the update.
We’ve noted that you refused the delivery, and the package is currently on its way back to our facility. Once the returned order has been successfully received at our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund right away and send a confirmation to your email."
Please note I sent it back May 12th, and it's now June 2nd. It only took 5 days to receive the first package I ACTUALLY ordered; how long does it take for them to receive their package?
On May 30th I received the last of three emails from them giving me the same directions they gave me the first time. They told me to refuse the package, and once they received it they would issue my refund.
I have never been so disappointed in a company's lack of customer service. If I don't hear back in 24 hours, I will contact my bank and put in a complaint with the authorities. After reading the reviews and the complaints quite similar to mine, I'm sure they'd be very interested to hear the shady shit that's going on here.

Never Disappoints
I've been using Snow products for a long time.
Although I have sensitive teeth I never had sensitivity problems. I would recommend to be gentle with cables if you have a wired whitening kit. It would serve you for years. Also, Customer Service takes an extra step when you need help.
You will not be disappointed.

This is my first experience of teeth whitening, there is nothing to compare it with, it was scary. But this is a simple and relaxed procedure that does not take much time.
