Excellent Customer Service
I bought my second snow system. The first was wired and while it worked great the wire was cumbersome and started to fray and it didn’t work consistently so I bought the wireless. It just arrived. I charged it for hours and hours but it won’t hold a charge. I tried calling the customer service number but it says it no longer works. I emailed the company earlier today but haven’t heard back so we’ll see. If they fix this, I’ll update my review.
ETA: This company has terrific customer service. After posting this review, they immediately contacted me and sent me a whole new system. I would definitely order again as this product really works to whiten your teeth. I'd be willing to gamble that if I get a bad device they will immediately remedy it. Great product and now I know great company.

Still Waiting for My Refund — No Resolution After Weeks of Proof
I purchased from Snow on August 19th, 2035. when I received the order, I was missing items and immediately contacted them. I waited two weeks for them to respond and when they didn’t, I opened a dispute against the charge. After that, I finally heard back and they told me once the dispute was closed they would fully refund me.
My credit card company confirmed that my dispute was officially closed on October 9, 2025, and that Snow’s system should have updated by October 22–23. I even have written confirmation from Amex showing the case is finalized on their end, and I see it on my end as well.
However, as of October 25, Snow continues to claim the case is “not closed” in their system and keeps directing me to contact my bank — even though my bank has made it clear that the issue is now on Snow’s end. I’ve been polite and patient, but after multiple emails and reassurances, I’m still missing my refund.
It’s very disappointing to have to chase down money that should have already been returned. I really hope someone from Snow’s management team can step in, check with their payment processor, and finally resolve this.
Until then, I can’t recommend purchasing from this company due to the poor communication, lack of accountability, and delayed resolution process.

Don't buy - no customer service or replacement products
I ordered their Gen 1 LED Electric toothbrush and can not get replacement heads. I have been emailing and posting comments to them since March 2025 asking when the replacement heads will be in stock. I either go back and forth with no actual answer or I have been given a date in a month, and when that month comes, it is still out of stock. Have been asking for 8 months now. I asked if the product is discontinued and get no honest answer. Happy for them to send me the next gen toothbrush and I start ordering those heads, but also get no where with that suggestion. It seems very dishonest and like a scheme to make you buy the newer model instead of the one you have invested in. To add more insult, I had purchased a charging case, the travel case and other accessories. Very sad that it is all wasted. Just don't trust or buy from this company.

Ive purchased 2 of these. And theyre fantastic. I even ordered a 3rd in one of the other models for my youngest. Only problem now, is I can never order replacement heads. Im way past due. Snow Electric Toothbrush
This is about Snow's electric toothbrush.
I purchased it, and I wish I had not.
I have had several electric toothbrushes, but this is the worst. The power button sits right where you hold the brush. You cannot get away from it. As a result, one inadvertently turns the toothbrush off while brushing teeth. It's very annoying to have to restart the toothbrush three to four times before completing the task. I do not find that the brush cleans teeth that well, either.

I bought a three pack of whitening pens on August 4, 2025. I received it a couple days later. When I got my credit card bill, I was charged for two packages at two different prices.
I reached out to customer service through email and got a pretty quick response. Asking me for a screenshot of the confirmation, the confirmation number and my bank statement showing the two charges. Which I did.
after many emails back-and-forth in the same chain they kept asking me again for my confirmation number and again for my screenshot and again for my bank statement, which I had all sent previously.
So I resent the entire Information that they requested and it’s been over 10 days now since I’ve gotten a reply.
We are now going on a month with no response.
I called the customer support phone line and was informed that there are no more live agents and to let me know what my issues were and someone would get back to me that was over a week ago.and I called twice
I have sent an email with all my information three times just this week hoping somebody will respond and they have not
. I’ve also left a review on the BBB for them and I’m leaving one here today.
I’ll be calling my credit card company to do an investigation for unapproved charge.
My advice when you order is to check and double check and check again Before you pay because I had to redo my order at least three times.
Every time I hit one item I would get two when they said add on a few more dollars you’ll get free shipping that never happened when they suggested insurance I said no thanks but when I saw my Order before it was paid for I had two of everything plus the insurance and no free shipping.
So just watch it closely and hopefully you don’t have a problem because if you do, there’s nobody who’s gonna get back to you. So disappointed because the product is good, but I will never buy from this company again

The tracking didn't update so I had to…
The tracking didn't update so I had to reach out customer support (which is all automated) to find out where my order was. Turned it was delivered but I didn't know because they don't send out automatic tracking updates for whatever reason.
Overall I like the look of the product and seems convenient, but doesn't really seem to work for me.
Will keep trying, but been about two weeks and not seeing any noticeable changes with the whitener.

The first one I bought wouldn’t charge…
The first one I bought wouldn’t charge from the start. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick and helpful in sending me another one asap (I will say that was a plus and much appreciated!) Everything worked fine until now— I’ve only had this new device for like a month or so and now it makes weird noises when in the charging bed and won’t charge at all…. Completely dead. Again. I feel like I’d sound crazy if I reached out to customer service again. Such a waste of money :( so irritating

The best customer service experience I have ever received
I purchased a limited edition mouthpiece a few years ago. I really only used it for a short period as I was having some pretty tumultuous issues in my personal life at the time. I packed everything away in brand new condition for a couple of years. I recently have been wanting to use my device again, and it hasn't been working. I reached out to customer service, they attempted to troubleshoot my issues with me, and when they realized that they were unable to do that and that they couldn't provide me with any type of replacement or anything. As it's an older device, they offered to send me a brand new device as a replacement free of cost. I am absolutely blown away with this customer service. It is something that is completely unheard of these days and I feel completely mind blown at this point. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody that I know. Thank you guys so much! I so so appreciate this.

i love all my snow products I've bought. the whiting kit i bought a few years ago works great. you plug it in and put the whiting serum on your teeth. I could tell right away. now I use it maybe once every two weeks and my teeth look whiter. thrn I bought the whitening toothbrush. luv it too. gets my teeth nice and clean and gets all my teeth. the whitening powder I only used once. I'm always happy with my products from snow. I had a issue eirh the toothbrush not working ..and they sent me a new one right away!! it works great.
