Is this even a legitimate company?

There are lots of advertisements when checking things (“get this one deal” type things). I tried to back out of my order after the third ad, but it processed the order anyways. So I figured I would at least try the product. It ships from China and ships extremely slow. Honestly, I haven’t noticed any difference. In fact, I feel like my face is more dry after using this.

I like the product so far

I like the product so far, but I don't recall signing up for a subscription. If I did and don't remember that's my fault, but even when I look back at my original order it doesn't say anything about a subscription. Also, when I tried to see if I could pause or delay since I don't need a new bottle every month I can't see any way to change or even cancel. I have reached out to customer service now twice and still no answer. Like the product, but loosing trust in the company.

Best Overall

Confusing trying to decide which tallow to buy so I did some research and best guides has Serabel as there overall choice. Made in American and grass feed tallow.

I saw an ad about a new skin care…

I saw an ad about a new skin care product. When I re-searched it, I found an article about the best product and Serabel is what came up. I’m thankful that the prices are reasonable. I’ve had the product for a couple of weeks and am excited to see results

I was shipped another order without my…

I was shipped another order without my approval. I emailed immediately to cancel but only got a response from a robot. I was offered a discount but I rejected it and I am still getting this order. I have tried to cancel even tried to get a subscription to cancel but it tells me that I do not have a subscription. So why am I getting another order? There is no place to cancel my order or future orders. I have contacted my credit card to stop payment. This is ridiculous situation! I am thinking that this a scam.

BEWARE!I think this company is scam

BEWARE!I think this company is scam. Their customer service is terrible. I got my order but then received an email stating that my order wasn't delivered. No offer was given to refund or anything. Then suddenly I got another email a month later saying that my oder had shipped. But this was a new order that I had not authorized. When reaching out to them asking to cancel my subscription (which I am sure I did not get) and get a refund, they just send an automated email stating that I can get a 30% discount. Also when on the website and trying to manage my subscription, the manage subscription option is not a link like the shipping policy is. I might have to cancel my card and get a new one.
