Fake discounts, upcharges and COMES FROM CHINA.

Just ordered the tallow F bomb haven’t used it yet but by word-of-mouth I heard nothing but great things so I am excited

I did not subscribe to this product and yet another bottle showed up on my CC. It is not from the USA even though they have a FL address. I have been trying for a week to cancel. I’m just warning you.

This seems to be an upstanding company and I hope their product lives up to the reviews I have read. I love how you can dispute a charge if you accidentally order too much or if you feel misled.

Attempted to order one jar. Next thing I knew I'm on a page with an offer for a 2nd jar at 75% off. I cannot get off this page that doesnt hv a "no thank you" option. So I backed out. I seen the email from them immediately for one order then a button on that page to dispute the order. I opted to dispute as i felt like something was fishy about the trick order on the 2nd jar. I told them to cancel the order. At the bottom of the dispute page it said "Do not contact your bank as this will slow the process of getting your return done. We are here 24/7 " Closed my phone and the next day when I open my phone I have 3 orders that were placed for two jars each!!! The add'l orders came in at 3 and 4 a.m. the next day. So I decided to go to my bank the next morning and I closed my card and got a new one, in case they tacked on a reoccurring subscription as I said I just wasn't feeling right abt this company. I wrote to them a bunch of times telling them they processed multiple orders without my permission. The bank said one order was for a one time purchase the other five were reoccurring subscriptions!!!! When they finally wrote me back they thanked me for my patience and sorry but orders hv already shipped meanwhile I'm out $142 dollars until this gets resolved! Any company that has to resort to these kinds of tricks to earn business must hv a lousy product. I will give them a few more days to rectify the errors and if not im going back to the bank and they will file a fraudulent charge and get me the money back. Banker was telling me that many of these scams are done on debit cards which Minecraft so now im out the money instead of the credit card company. I dont trust this company and I haven't even tried the product!!! Which now Im not sure i can trust their products to be safe to use on my skin! Buyer beware

When I purchased product more was added to cart than I anticipated. Hoping they can help me cancel the additional items before they're shipped and can refund me the additional charge.

Very happy with product. Feels light weight on my face, easy to spread. My face feels so smooth. Only 3 days so far that I’ve been using it. Hopefully my skin texture will improve.

I placed an order for their creams, but less than 20 minutes later I realized I no longer needed them and immediately emailed to cancel. Despite how quickly I acted, they didn’t bother to check or respond in time and later claimed the order had already been shipped.
Let’s be clear: this means they are processing orders without even looking at incoming cancellation requests. Because of their negligence, I was forced to pay return shipping fees for an order I tried to cancel almost immediately.
What’s worse, after the order was already shipped, they suddenly sent me a 40% discount offer. That makes it pretty obvious—they rush orders out the door to lock you in, then try to “sweeten” the deal afterward instead of actually respecting customer requests.
This feels like a deliberate tactic, not a mistake. Very disappointing experience, and I would absolutely not recommend this company.

The buying process was simple...the only thing was that I was overcharged
