The Customer Service was awesome!
The Customer Service was awesome. I dealt with Desiree and John. Due to a different medical problem, I was unable to continue with the product. Both of them were more than happy to help me cancel the product purchase and refund the purchase price. Their company has great customer service representatives.

By email, I sent a request for cancellation of a subscription and refund of a charge for a recent shipment. Literally within minutes (3, to be precise) I received a reply requesting more information. I provided requested info and 4 hours later I was informed my requests had been approved. The representative I was corresponding with (MaryJ) was quick and cordial--by far one of the best customer service transactions I've every had with any business!
