I will start by saying the product was mostly good. I did see lymphatic support. The thing I have really valued was customer support. I had a shipment get lost, but found, so it was delayed. Then the next order came right away. I moved the subscription ship date, but with work travel and only being a B at taking supplements I ended up with a ton of product. Desiree helped me manage the subscription, know my options and ultimately cancel it until I need more all via email. If I could, I’d rate the whole package and experience a 4.5.

Shirlyn took care of a credit I had coming. She was very helpful and professional to see that my credit is to be applied to my credit card. Thanks Shirlyn.

Trying to navigate the purchase process is insane. All I wanted to do was buy my lymph drainage supplements. It turned into a circus. I ended pushing a wrong button and seemed to purchase some vitamin I didn't want. Then I couldn't exit the process without making an appointment for a phone call, which I later blocked. I am a senior and have seen many things but your check out topped everything I have experienced in my life.

Quick response…took action and responsibility to fix even though it was the post office problem. Thanks Mary J

I contacted customer service about a product I received and Mary J responded quickly and was very helpful in resolving my issue.

Customer service was great, except I had to call and cancel the second order that was automatic, because I hadn't finished the first lot.and I just received an email saying more product is on its way, a month later, and I still don't need it, and honestly don't feel any different.
So I called and spoke with Cookie? to cancel my subscription and automatic payment, She was very courteous l hope I don't have to call again!

The experience was great because the rep was knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue very quickly and send confirmation via email before the phone call ended.

As for the company I am less satisfied. I believe the online mechanism for getting subscriptions is questionable. I did not setup a reoccurring subscription yet a subscription was setup none the Less. I am sure there is some extremely fine print or a box that is preselected. Either way the effort to establish a reoccurring subscription should be made more deliberate.

I was over charges for product on my order. I immediately called the company and spoke with Mickey. When I explained my issue, Mickey voided the over charge and refunded my $50. without any hesitation or questions. It was truly a great experience with the customer service department.
