EJ was most helpful in resolving my issue. She was professional and provided a quick response...I look forward to trying the RenewaLift to see what it can do for my skin.

EJ sent me a response the same day and suggested I try a few things first that might fix my problem. Then she said if these didn’t fix it, she would work with me on a replacement. Terrific! Luckily her ideas worked and I don’t need a replacement!

I've been using this product for a week now. I don't feel a huge difference yet!, but I saw my skin looks more a lit bit firmer. This might be because only been a short time. I was very more impressed with the service. Initially, when I received the product, only one of the glasses was working. I contacted a customer service named EJ, who responded to my email very quickly and sent a new pair of glasses to replace the faulty one. I was very impressed.

This is a gift for my mother who works so hard that it is evidently proof in her aging. But. The hard work left her feeling sad about her age. I am happy to find this for her with my guidance and help; I can see her face and self esteem change younger. I couldn't have done it without the help of EJ who is the customer service rep at Renewa because the order wasn't going to go through in the beginning! EJ was patient, empathic and friendly reminder through the ordering; he made me feel at ease that this is a great deal! Yes all pun intended. At first, I was unsure to disclose this as a present but I took the risk where I told him about us. He was able to direct me to the process. He made me feel assured and at ease about the whole thing; as he had a voice that you can tell who you can trust!

Saw many ads on social media for the Renewa machine; I didn't bite right away; a little skeptical; the price was reasonable but was it reliable? Would it really do what all these women using it claimed it would? 2025 would be the year I turn 65 and had this great planned to celebrate in Greece. I started to notice what I was seeing in my reflection, a little double chin, ugh! I finally decided I would give Renewa a try, When I received the machine (around May?), I thought about just doing 1/2 my face for the first month to see the difference but knowing what my schedule is like as a full time caregiver to my mom, I thought otherwise and did my whole face. I felt it was looking better. Then after about 5 months of use when I charged it overnight, I was surprised to find it still dead; so I plugged it in to the other usb port outlet for a couple of hours still nothing. I was really bummed out because I thought I might've overcharged it and wondered if I could get a batter replacement? I went online and submitted a message on the website and waited. It would be about a month when I remembered my message and that I don't recall ever receiving a response. I checked my junk mail folder to doublecheck, nothing; disappointed. I went back on the website and got the email address to customer service and sent a message that way; I think within a couple days to a week, I noticed a response from an EJ; yay! (My apologies, I am not certain if it is a male or female); but they addressed the issue I had written about and suggested I try plugging it In to another electrical outlet; if that didn't work then we would visit about replacing the battery. That was the simplest thing, and I felt silly for not even trying that on my own; what a great idea; it worked! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took so long to get a response to my initial message that I left on their website; I felt like I had to chase it for a response. No customer wants to do this. I never received a reason why I didn't get a reply there. Once I contacted the company via email, I got a reply and follow up from EJ; much appreciated.

I had very good experience with this company and its product. After receiving the product, the vibration stopped working. I emailed them, after a few emails exchanges, EJ agreed to send me a replacement.

EJ provided great, professional customer service. The response time for questions was so quick! The information that she provided h old me to understand exactly what I needed to do. Thanks, EJ!

I sent an email requesting a POD. Within 24 hours I received a response that was written to convey concern.

My unit does not even charge. Cheaply made. This is a scam.

Ordered VeinErase machine and received a facial machine with no instructions on how to use. Contacted company who said facial machine works on veins. Tried it each day for a month with absolutely no result. Contacted them for refund and was offered just 30% back.
