First I have tried many, many mouth=guards. This worked. I bought an inexpensive sleep recording app. My snoring was minimal. here is the results I fed into claude (the sleep app recorded me moving, etc. so I only included my actual snoring and sleep apnea events (I have both): 🧠 What your night suggests

My comments: It took me a night to get the adjustment correct. It does come with downside, dry mouth (it keeps my mouth open) and also it my front row teeth ache for a few minutes after waking. All in all after struggling with snoring and sleep apnea this works for me. The mouth guard is comfortable and easy to adjust. It pulls the lower jaw forward. It has a number of setting but the medium lower jaw setting worked for me. I hope it works for you!

I'm going to give QuietLab another shot and hopefully my experience will be better... but I've ordered twice now. The first time was a great experience, the device was well made and lasted a long time. The second time I ordered a couple of months ago I noticed the design and fabrication had changed. After the 1st or 2nd wear and cleaning (cleaning in the sonic cleaner) the little tabs that hold the pieces together were warped and no longer fit in the notches properly. So the main mouth pieces would pop off . So it seems like they are making them cheaper and not lasting as long. I've been just 'making do' for now with putting the pieces together as best as I can so I can sleep. But, its clearly an inferior product from the first product I had. I feel like I bought the ultrasonic cleaner for no reason if cleaning it in that warps the parts. Please do better otherwise I don't see it worth buying it anymore.

Don't waste your time, I got dry mouth after a few nights. I just threw away my money to the trash.

Despite guarantees all over their website about full refunds if you don't like the product, their customer service is terrible and obtaining a refund is very difficult.

Ordered QUITE lab pro last August and have not received it. Still waiting on the company to reply.

After two nights of sleeping with it, the mouthpiece would no longer stay in place. When I contacted the company they offered a 60% refund or I could return it at my cost for a full refund. When I asked why they wanted a used mouthpiece that needed to be destroyed back they then offered 80% refund, but they never offered to try to fix the problem. The first two nights I was pleased with it. I would never recommend this company.

I bought three mouth pieces, plus the cleaning machine. It did work great for the first couple weeks third week mouth piece fell apart almost swallowed a small plastic piece in my sleep! Thought maybe I just received a defective one so I tried second mouth piece again three weeks later almost to the day it fell apart and by then my thirty days to return was expired :/ I am not paying $70 every three weeks for this product plus feel its unsafe because of the pieces of plastic that could fall apart as you sleep. Please look for an alternative pay more for a mouth piece that is stronger.

The fine print that comes with the device also states it should be replaced every 30 days and can move your teeth. When I asked customer service about that they said most people don't replace it and it doesn't bother their teeth.

The glowing infomercial sucked me in, thinking this magical device would help with snoring and sleep apnea and would be totally " risk free"....NOT
I paid $162.01 in the hopes it would help me.
The device is cheaply made extreamly uncomfortable and hurt my jaw.
I tried it for short periods as advised in the instructions and my jaw ached for hours after. There is NO way that I would be able to sleep with this in my mouth.
Contacted the company to get them to do a prepaid label to ship this junk back, (if it cost them $2 to make it was still too much) only to get an offer to keep it and lose 30% of my purchase price.
Why the hell would I want to pay them $48.61 to keep something that would harm my health....I got my credit card involved with a charge back after reading how they scammed and ripped off others.

I never received my initial order that cost $49, and a week later was charged $99.97 for nothing, and still have not received any response after multiple attempts to reach out via email. I called the one number I was able to find and was directed to email. Don't give them your payment info, they'll use it to take money from your account without ever responding or reaching out. Clearly a scam.

I purchased their product in March and wore it for 3 days. Little cuts started appearing oon y mouth and tongue along with little sores. I contacted the company and they kept asking for videos and pictures, then denied my refund because it was out of their 30 day return window (even though it was within when I first requested). The insert has SHARP edges and is HUGE. Since the cuts introduced infection to my mouth, I'm still dealing with little sores, blood, and pustules 4 months later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Pros: It has stopped my snoring and prevents me from grinding my teeth while sleeping.
Cons: It causes excessive salivation when first lying down to sleep. I am not able to close my mouth while wearing this, so the saliva runs out of my mouth and onto the pillow until it dries up enough to stop. Since I am sleeping with my mouth open because I can't close it while wearing this, my mouth becomes so dry, salivation stops. The constant pressure of the device on my teeth is loosening all of my front teeth, top and bottom.

Awful - claim a 30 day money back guarantee but have not replied to any of the 15+ emails I have sent to their customer support email

Found it really uncomfortable, cheap plastic item which would cost a few pounds to make at most.
Invoked their no quibble 30 day return policy to find out I have to pay return postage which is to USA.
Ended up accepting 80% refund to keep product as was cheaper than returning.

I ordered 3 of the mouth guards and the UV sanitizer. I already use a mouth guard at night for TMJ and I thought it would be easier to adjust to using this one. I tried all the suggestions but I have not had one single good experience. The guard pinches the inside of my checks so badly that my mouth is really sore and swollen for a few days. It is so bulky that no matter how I adjusted it I could not keep from waking up with extreme dry mouth because I couldn’t keep my mouth closed. To top it off I still snore so it helped nothing and only added problems. Since I’m past my 30 days they won’t do anything for me. I stuck with useless product . Do not fall for this product. IT DOES NOT WORK!

Das Schnarchen wird bei mir nicht komplett verhindert aber ist deutlich leiser. Und ich werde nicht mehr mitten in der Nacht wach sondern schlafe durch. Die ersten zwei, drei Nächte waren gewöhnungsbedürftig aber man gewöhnt sich daran und es hilft.

I recently bought from quiet lab I used their product last night and my wife said no difference whatsoever. On top of that in my opinion they use deceptive marketing. The buying options they give you are jumbled, then they say in your order and show you a picture of three units but only send you two they word it 1 2x bundle they make it sound like the whole bonus buy. They also advertise designed in Italy with a big ol italian flag, we'll folks it ships from CHINA. I learned the hard way now I blew $79.00 for somthing that doesn't work for me. My advise don't waste your money!

for some reason someone at this company thought it would be a good idea to show ads with plastic chunks getting pulled out of peoples noses on youtube. Not really sure how this is allowed at all. My kids wont stop crying now, and after watching the ad i understand why. If you are publishing these sorts of ads you clearly have something wrong going on in your head. If you want to sell a medical product be professional instead of having a sadist come up with your ads.
