I didn't like when you keep sending when I never ordered.didnt even no if it would work.so I canceled my card to stop the shipment. I don't no y companies sucker you in then wont let you cancel

I have attempted to cancel this subscription a couple of times but just received another shipment. Please cancel this ASAP this time! I already have much more than I need for at least 6 months.

I cannot take this supplement for medical reasons. That is my problem.
However , I have tried to cancel this subscription three times - even hot response from a bot but still you are sending it and charging me for it.
How can I completely stop this not wanted subscription. I did not approve a subscription in the first place.

I would put minus zero for stars if I could! I did not tick a box for subscription but have apparently signed up for it - I only wish I’d read the reviews. Have followed instruction to cancel but have got nowhere. Will have to cancel my credit card now …… complete scammers!

Not seeing any improvement yet only been on it for 10 days

Medication does not work for me,sorry. I have emailed your Company at least 4-5 times to cancel any future months repeat orders and have contacted my Bank regarding this matter. I bought a 90 day supply. A month later they shipped me a second 90 day supply. I emailed that I did not sign up for monthly (90 day supplies) I was told to wait until I received the product to start a return or cancellation. I was charged September 15th but I have never received any product. Awful business model.

Unexpected subscription and extremely difficult to cancel

I believed I was making a one-time purchase from Noralife. Then I discovered I had been enrolled in a monthly subscription and a new order for $136.80 CAD was charged to my credit card.
I immediately contacted the company and clearly asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the order. Their online refund/cancellation system failed and directed me to another support email address.
Even after I explicitly wrote that I wanted the subscription cancelled and no further recurring charges, customer service responded with a sales pitch offering to change the frequency, reduce the quantity, skip orders or give me a discount — instead of simply confirming the cancellation.
I have now had to contact my credit-card company and keep extensive screenshots and emails just to protect myself from further charges.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I will not purchase from Noralife again.

I should have read the reveiws. We feel like we have been dupped...we usually don't fall for these things. As soon as I ordered and I realized it was shipped direct from China I asked for a refund..they have given me a total run around. The subscribed me automatically to get refills so I had to pull my credit card. Now they tell me I can't return after 30 days - I give up. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Too late. I read the reviews to find my bad experience, absolutely no contact after placing my order, no customer or order number. No way to stop automatic renewal of my subscription. Now denying responsibility, saying the company I ordered from was not them but one with a similar name, which appears not to exist. I have blocked all future payments after they told me I would receive no more charges or orders, but I did.
A total scam in my opinion

This company in my opinion is not to be trusted they hide a subscription check box so you think you are making a one off purchase but you sign up for monthly payments, what is really alarming is you don’t get any products for your 2nd 3rd and 4th payment I would avoid like the plague, they are playing on your heath with fears using detailed videos which are kinda scare tactics then robbing you blind, I have been using these for one month and noticed exactly Zero difference in anything, my opinion go to your local heath store and at least save on your stress levels.

The site has a pre ticked box that signs you up automatically for a monthly subscription to them, if your lucky to pick up on this, the cancellation needs to be made to them via email, once you get the email, you are sent to a page that looks confusing and you could possibly miss the cancellation option entirely, very annoyed by their slyness.
