They sent me a mylk machine but with Chinese language buttons so I asked them to send me one with English buttons. They responded politely and quickly and sent me the English version. But they didn't arrange for collection of the Chinese version. So now both my mother and I have the product albeit me with the Chinese language buttons (it's easy to translate as the buttons are exactly the same between versions). So I effectively got two for the price of one and ended up learning the Mandarin for "nut milk".

Anyway, in terms of taste, I disagree that the taste of nut milk it produces is better than good quality shop bought ones although you do obviously get an additive free product. It's not bad, just slightly underwhelming in terms of creaminess and flavour. The machine makes nut milks in less than 5 mins ehich is great, and the operation is extremely easy.

However, as far as oat milk goes this takes ages to make and involves the water boiling, so you need to be that little bit more careful and wait till it cools down to use it (the nut milk is not made to boil). And it doesn't taste great at all - more like a kind of thin gruel. Perhaps it requires the addition of additional ingredients ?

We requested a refund within the 14 day period. They agreed and said we had two choices 1) return it and pay for delivery 2) take a 50% refund. We chose the refund and we’ve never heard from them since. They do not reply to any emails anymore. Even when I cited the Consumer Rights Act. They don’t care. Also it’s a crap product - that’s why I wanted to return it.

This is a dreadful and dishonest company. DO NOT order from them. They are thieves. On the 15th of April I ordered in error a MYLK machine on their website. I immediately realised my mistake, and cancelled the order and asked them not to send the machine. I heard nothing from them even though the money had left my account. Finally after many emails I received an email from Emily at Mylk who said that I would get a refund within 30 days. 30 days was up on the 19th May, and I have still not had my refund nor are my emails being answered. There is no contact telephone number nor real address for the company.

I had a problem with my mylk machine, which I LOVE! I emailed customer service and received a response very quickly, the lovely lady Hannah asked me some questions to try and figure out the problem. The communication was fab and very fluid no waiting days for response! Excellent customer service!! I hate complaining if I have a faulty product I find it stressful and usually just leave it, but there was no messing about and endless emails it was sorted out very quickly and I was sent a new machine very quickly. Very happy and would recommend .

UPDATE: The oat milk was 'foul'. Oat Milk shouldn't be heated up during the curing process. Lid did not stay on. I sent in a complaint, but don't have the time to follow up, so I gave my machine away. It just consumed storage space.

So, I'm using mine for the first time. Its currently producing some Oat milk. Whether the oat milk tastes good or not is irrelevant, because I'm using this machine for the very first time and I have a lacky band wrapped around the lip of the lid and secured under the handle to keep the lid in place. It is not locking as suggested on the lid and instructions. As the kettle churns, the lid moves and unlocks. I locked the lid in place and could still lift it out whilst in locking position - how did that get through quality control?? I knew I was taking a risk with this device and depending on how good the oat milk is, I'll either continue to use with my lacky band technique or try and resell it or give it away. Not really happy considering how much we paid for it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
My machine (which was expensive) arrived damaged. Contacted customer services who advised they would send replacement. This never turned up. Despite several emails I have been unable to resolve this and I’m left with a rubbish machine that is faulty.
I requested a refund but no response. Absolutely awful.

Ordered from TryMylk.com on April 22, 2024 for my friends birthday on May 18th. The website FAQ says delivery in 6-9 business days and received. On April 27th received email saying order had been processed and will be shipped immediately. On April 30th I emailed asking if it had been shipped and if so to provide tracking number. This was their reply: "We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your order has indeed been shipped, and the package is currently in transit. We are awaiting synchronization with the courier's system to provide you with the tracking number.
Please rest assured that our factories and warehouses are located in Italy, so it may take some time for the package to arrive. We appreciate your patience in this matter."
So I waited and still didn't receive any tracking info... I contacted them on May 5th.. this time they did have a tracking number that was provided and said I could track via Canada Post but the number didn't work... but a Google search of the tracking number showed that the package was coming from China... so much for their claims of Italian factory and warehouses. The only info for the package arrival into Canada said May 23rd-Jun12th.. which is well over a month from when the order was placed and I'm not even sure if this is a "to my door" or just transfer to Canada post date.
If you express concerns on their Facebook page, they will delete your comment and block you from their page. Look on Facebook when it says a post has "10 comments" but when you look at comments there's on like 3 showing, which indicates they have removed others posts too. This is all before even receiving the device and by reviews I see on here, I don't have much hope it's going to work well or even be easily returnable.
**Update May 8th..Now they have falsely reported my Trustpilot review as "Harmful" in an attempt to have it removed and also attempted to threaten me with legal action if I did not remove my post citing privacy right violations. I asked them about their stated refund policy, it says "Refunds given within 14 days of purchase." and how was I to return within 14 days if I haven't even received within 14 days from purchase? Then they wrote back telling me that there policy as always been 14 days from "delivery" and provided me the link to their policy which stated such... however they didn't take into account that I had a screenshot of said policy that clearly says from time of "Purchase"... so another lie and deceptive business practice. They will immediately change the policy on their website to suit their needs. Item is still in China.

Waste of money.
Lid spills when blending- even below max, pours badly, filter too small, it’s so ridiculously messy!!!!!
It’s such a bad design from start to finish.
Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it. There are cheaper and more efficient options out there

Update: I received an email from TrustPilot saying TryMylk wanted my order number in response to this review. I’ve provided it but heard nothing.

Awful - I’m having same problems as others who have written reviews - followed their returns policy (sending it to Italy at my cost without prior notice before buying).
Now the product is stuck at customs and has been for 2 months without them sorting it out, or contacting me.
I’ve chased but get bland ‘we have no information’ responses.
I’m seriously out of pocket and will be taking this further - don’t buy from them. The product did not produce the milk it promised and the return policy is seriously flawed if it works at all.
Has anyone received a full refund?

Update: I received an email from trustpilot saying that trymylk wants my order number & to email them which I did. Three times actually & no reply. Horrible customer service. You will not get your money back & they will just ignore you.

I asked for a refund as the machine is not what I expected & the milk tastes awful no matter how you try make it. Hannah said I could get a refund on the 10th of March & have not heard from her or anyone from MYLK when I’ve sent about 6 emails to them asking where my refund is. Do not bother with the company. You won’t get your money back if you don’t like the machine which they state you can get a refund & even said via email they are happy to give me a refund but NO REFUND & they’ve stopped communicating with me.

Awful company to deal with.
Product is not fit for use, the lid does not seal and the quality of the product is sub-standard. The company will not return any of my emails, messages and social media comments to return machine so I can't get a refund to buy another machine from another company.

The products return policy is only 14 days after purchase and then took a week to get here, so only left a few days to try out he product, realise it was rubbish and then return it, but my mother and I contacted them within this window to return the device, with no response. The product is ready to be shipped back to them but we don't know how to and/or get a refund,as they are ignoring all our messages. We are now stuck with a device that we cantuse as we need to send it back in good condition and no prospect of a refund. Awful

The lid doesn't close properly on the second use. The design for sealing the lid doesn't make any sense: very flimsy for the high price. The overall concept is not bad and the machine looks good, but, having seen how the first batch worked, you are better off just using a good food blender. Save yourself the space and the money. I am really unhappy with the purchase, which I would have sort of accepted, had the basic sealing design been thought out and tested correctly.

Issues with the seal (funny how that seems to be a common issue yet they act surprised when I contacted them) keep asking for more and more videos and photos.

It's an expensive piece of junk that doesn't work. Save yourself the hassle, it's not worth it, this is a scam. I still hope to find a machine blender to make my own nut milk at home but til then I'm going back to store bought. It's an expensive lesson given the hundreds I wanted on this scam.
And the noise, that machine is louder than any blender or mixer I ever heard.
Extremely disappointed.

The machine worked really well until it didn’t- came into the kitchen to find oat milk spilled everywhere because the seal between the lid and the machine ceased to work. I asked to send it back and get a refund and sent videos showing the lid clearly not meeting the base but they just keep asking for more and longer videos. For an allegedly high end product this isn’t good enough. It still works with a heavy weight on the lid but for how long?

STOP! Let me save you time and a lot of money. THIS IS A SCAM!
They will send you a cheap, crap machine that is not worth the money you have spent. Your Mylk will taste like water. Multiple tries yield nothing better. You will be sad and send it back. Here, the scam is easier to spot. You have to send it to Italy, at your own expense! You wait. They claim it has been not cleaned properly, even providing photos of another machine. Because it was returned in such a poor state, it requires £40 cleaning. You will see very little of your money back, if any.
Mylk-Y BOTHER? Save yourself time and money and buy a decent machine from a more reputable company.

They say I returned a dirty machine. This is a lie. I guess you decide who to believe. I have received zero money back. You have been warned.

We find this product AMAZING! I put a mixture of coconut, cashews and macadamia nuts in 3/4 cup full. Fill it to the fill line and press the start button then 25 min later beautiful creamy mylk with no preservatives or extras. We make this every second day but it's so easy! Doesn't need straining and tastes great. Fabulous machine.

I am delighted with my Mylk machine. I found a recipe that's yummy and perfect for replacing the numerous cartons of oat milk I used to buy. It's simple, quick and easy, and so much cheaper - requiring the minimum amount of ingredients to make a full litre of milk that lasts in the fridge for 4 or 5 days (if you've not finished it off before then). It also perfectly ticks the box for my main reason for buying... you know exactly what you're drinking! Happy customer.

We love our Mylk machine! Has paid for itself already, and saves so much packaging.

Excellent and prompt service. World Class! The Mylk machine does What it is intended to do. Nothing more. Nothing less. Some features could use improvement. But all in all i am highly satisfied.
