Scam! Betrug. Vor einem Monat bestellt und bezahlt und immer noch nichts erhalten!

I keep trying to edit the review I made on December 12, 2024 but every time I get near to click on 'edit' it all disappears. I refresh the page, the review shows up again, but as soon as I get near to click 'edit' there it goes, it all disappears again.

So, there is a review made on December 12, 2024.
I am updating to say that the two glass mylk bottles arrived today, December 13, 2024.

The company has responded to my email in regards to the other items that did not arrive with my order, stating it will all be sent to me. I guess I hope so for the fact that I spent so much money on this.

I do not like the mylk machine. BUT from what I am told, this is coming from another country and not worth paying the expensive price to send it back. SO, I may never use it again, but still, I want all that I paid for to be included with this.

So another week has passed and the unwanted replacement machine still hasn't arrived. I only report this to emphasize just how incompetent and disingenuous TRY MYLK is.
Again, on Nov 24th they emailed me that "a replacement machine has already been shipped to you. It should arrive within the next few days."
I guess in TRY MYLK speak a few days = a week and a half.
I want to add again, and please forgive the redundancy, I DON'T WANT THE REPLACEMENT MACHINE. The TRY MYLK machine is a hazard and their customer service is useless and pathetic.
STAY FAR AWAY!

Do not buy from this company if you live outside of Italy cost me a lot of money to send this machine back with insurance. The machine isn't any different from the 50$ one on Amazon. They function the same with 3 time the price and they not keep their 90 days money back guarantee... You have to send it back and pay all fee. And I see reviews about ship it back and they keep it in ware house or it takes 3- 4 months to get refund so I give up on that. Rather not pay more money!!! This is ridiculous

I ordered this machine as a gift along with some storage bottles for Father’s Day. TryMylk shipped the bottles and forgot to ship the machine. I was only provided 1 tracking number so they obviously didn’t intend to ship the items separately.

I contacted to support to enquire on the whereabouts of my machine and they advised it had not been shipped. I then requested that part of the order be cancelled as it wouldn’t arrive in time as part of the gift but they had the audacity to tell me I was outside of the cancellation window! This was not my fault and was due to their neglect - However they said they would have to ship it and then I would have to ship it back (at my cost) in order to get a refund.

I did then do this and they refused collect it from customs so after sitting there for about 2 months - I got it shipped back to me with a note on saying it was unclaimed.

Their blatant attempts to use the loophole in the customs process to avoid paying the refund is exceptionally frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Product to process and make Soya Milk purchased on 3rd July 2024.

We reported an issue where there was a loud screeching sound on 12/11//2024.

We were asked to take a video of the machine, the machine then leaked and cut-out the electrics and strong burning smell.

We were asked to return the item at our costs, upon review on Trust pilot it seems they always ask for this and then never refund so I was reluctant. I was then asked to take a video of the item cutting out which we did, I also then reported a black discharge that stained the kitchen worktop which will come with an estimated cost of 1000EUR according to our local tradesman. They asked for a video of it cutting out, I provided this. They then asked for a video of it cutting out pressing start, mode, start (which we always do) and then they said they can’t refund as it might be our electrics!

Refusing to acknowledge it is their machine, refusing to refund and refusing to comment when I ask for compensation to the damage. The machine trips the whole house, smells of burning and has stained the worktop… the item is around £130 it is baffling and judging by the online reviews they do this ALL the time.

***UPDATE - I see their reply but I have not accepted a replacement as I want to buy a product built better from their competitor milkyplant.com definitely worth spending the other £70 or so and getting a product that isn't built for the intended job.

I need the refund so I can put it towards the Milky Plant product*

Great product! We love using this to create our nut milks and the kids love it too. We feel much better giving them something we have created, knowing it’s free from all the nasties!

Wow absolutely love mylk machine makes a delicious almond milk in added a tad of date paste yummy and with the almond pulp made a spread for crackers by adding spices and lemon juice..you won't regret buying this 😋 5 star plus from me Thanks Mylk...

Beware when buying this product. It will take 3+ weeks to get to you (I live in Florida). When mine arrived, the inside of the lid was chipped. I sent them a photo, and they said I could return it, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I was outraged when they said I would have to pay to return a broken product.

They also said they would replace it for free, and after a day or two, I agreed to them sending me a replacement one on 9.18.24. They said, "I will prioritize your replacement to ensure it gets to you as soon as we can."

On 10.2.24, I messaged them requesting the tracking number for the replacement item. They got back to me and said they would send me the tracking number, but I have yet to receive it. My guess is they never mailed out the replacement.

Today is 10.4.24, and I still have not received the replacement.

Beware of buying from this company!

The machine is fantastic and good quality. Started making my own almond milk, I have tried the oat milk very nice creamy. 😊
Just a question can I add like cacao into the machine?

I’ve tried hard to get the advertised refund to no avail.
It’s been going on since I paid over £40 for the item to be delivered back to Italy, tracked plus customs. They’ve tried to tell me it’s not been received but it’s been sitting at customs since beginning February.
They’ve tried telling me it didn’t pass customs and has been returned to UK whilst omitting to show the real reason on their screenshot.
I’ve shown them that the item has been shipped back to UK because the ‘addressee hasn’t collected it’
Now they’re saying that’s not true… a scam.
I’ve reported to Shopify.inc who allow this company to sell this awful product and run their shoddy customer service on their platform.
I suggest others do the same.

The machine took around a month to arrive and the box was dented. Once I plugged the machine in, nothing happened. I contacted Customer Service (they only have email correspondance, not able to actually speak with anyone), and they gave me an address in Italy to return it. The cost to mail it would have been $180! More than the cost of the machine. I requested a US return address, and the response was that they do not have one.
Buyer beware! This company is impossible to work with and you will be stuck with an expensive door stop!

I’m so impressed with the Mylk machine. It makes incredibly creamy and delicious plant based milk that’s perfect for all my needs. Whether it’s for my coffee, cereal, or cooking, it never disappoints. The machine is very user friendly, and it’s great not having to deal with the waste from traditional milk cartons. I’ve noticed significant savings on my grocery bills too. This machine is definitely worth it!

I’ve had the machine for 8 months and over the last couple of months boiling milk is spurting out of it, ever more regularly. Today I burned my finger. So I won’t be using it again..
Does it need a new seal or what is the issue? I see in reviews this has happened others.

Mylk has been a lifesaver. It tastes just like real milk, maybe even better. I use it in my coffee, on cereal, and even in recipes. It's versatile, delicious, and free of preservatives. I'm so happy I found Mylk!

Great taste and easy to use. Mylk is fantastic! I've tried serval plant based milks, but Mylk is by far the best. It's creamy and has a pleasant flavor. Plus, no more worrying bout milk cartons going to waste.

UPDATE:

My experience has improved from my original review. It was a challenge but I finally got my nut milk maker but I had to contact the company regularly. After the original shipment was lost the company verified with the shipping company and sent me a replacement. I love the results of Mylk (trymylk). Great almond milk and pistachio milk. Very easy to use. I have only used it twice but I am looking foreward to using it more. Thank you Try Mylk for honoring a better customer service experience.

Buyer be ware. Product never showed up. Company said they will work with the shipping company to find out what happened before offering options. Still no update. It's been over a month since I ordered with no word if I an getting a refund or a replacement as my product is presumably lost in the shipping universe. Worst personal experience with customer service ever.

Update: despite Mylk trying to get this review removed, which they didn’t succeed in, I have now received a refund, 5 months later, by raising a claim with PayPal, which was upheld. Best advice is don’t buy it in the first place.

Well, I'll start this by saying that I agree with the other negative reviews here on Trustpilot, and cast a shady glance at the all-very-similar positive ones.

You see, I foolishly decided to buy one of these machines without looking at the negative reviews on here and, well, what follows a cautionary tale of woe, but also one of victory, thanks to PayPal.

The actual purchase of the product went smoothly enough and it arrived fairly quickly, but when it arrived it was immediately apparent that the product was of substandard quality - not to mention that it didn’t arrive with a UK plug. Seriously, what others are saying about the lid design is 100% true - there’s no locking mechanism, just a badly-fitting rubber gasket which twists and distorts when you push the lid down. It’s not fit for purpose, in short.

Anyway, I decided to return it (and pay close attention to this bit if you want to stand any chance of getting your money back, folks) and immediately got in touch with PayPal and raised an ‘Item not fit for purpose’ case, in which they got in touch with TryMylk and all of the communications were routed through them. After a short spell of communication with TryMylk, I was told I could either return it for a refund or keep and get a 50% refund, with the kicker being that if I wanted to return it, it was going to need to go to ITALY at my own cost. This is particularly curious as the company apparently has a London office. Hmm.

Anyway, after a lot of grumbling, I eventually decided to return it to the address they provided at the cost of about £25, and here’s another important note, folks - before you pack the thing back up, document everything. TAKE PHOTOS of it, and also take photos of it when you’ve packed it up with the return postage label on it. You’ll need this as evidence. PayPal will also want the tracking number, so make sure you give it to them.

Off the package went to Italy, and despite the tracking showing that it hadn't even left the uk for almost two weeks, it eventually arrived at customs. I had to keep calling PayPal to keep them up to date because they kept closing the case, which was a bit irritating, but I kept doggedly checking the tracking to check its progress. Only just last night, I noticed that the tracking was showing that it was being RETURNED to me because the address (which I should note is the EXACT address that Try Mylk had provided to me) didn’t exist, which is INCREDIBLY DODGY! Naturally, I got straight onto PayPal who finally realised that there was something dodgy about the whole thing and decided to refund me in full. Huzzah!

I know there are a lot of people on here who have struggled to get their money back, but this is proof that if you purchase one through PayPal, keep checking the tracking and keep doggedly calling them to keep your case open, you can get a refund as I have. If you’re considering purchasing this product - please, just don’t. It’s not worth the hassle, the quality of the machine is poor and you’ll end up out of pocket.
