i explain you my story.. First of all in home page testimonial section which i added , it displays with space in both of the side so i decided to chat with customer support team, then they he/she fixes it, but after that in website shows horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the page, so i continue to talk with customer support but it wasted my 2 hours to understand my concern, at the end still issue is not fix by customer support.

I was told that there is no function to set an expiration date for the coupon issued after posting a review, so I inquired and was able to set the expiration date I wanted.

I started using this as a replacement for the review app I was using previously, which was discontinued. For now, I'm just trying it out to see what it's like.
It can do everything from collecting reviews to giving rewards, and the pricing is reasonable. Support is also quick to respond.
If I continue to use it and it feels good, I'll probably upgrade my plan.
