Trusted Caskets Anmeldelser

We ordered the casket at 12 noon and it was delivered the next day at 11:00 am. Thanks to Tim for his great customer service and follow-up.

I received excellent service from Tim. In addition to helping me with the casket selection, Tim showed his customer service skills in two ways. First, I had to pause the delivery when the FedEx guy was in route. Tim did not complain and handled it graciously. Second, when I got the delivery straightened out, such that the casket would be delivered 3-4 days before the funeral, Tim had me check with the mortuary to ensure that they would not refuse the casket before sending it. Tim is a credit to your company and is customer focused.

One of my close family members passed away unexpectedly and we needed a XL casket. The funeral home was offering us the same one for $2,500 more. I was very weary about going to another source but decided that I didn’t want to be gouged and taken advantage of by the funeral home (Rose Hills in Whittier, CA). I called them and a nice gentleman answered all of my questions and told us they would get the casket to the funeral home within two days. They did as they promised with mo damage. The casket was beautiful and we were able to put our loved one to rest. Thanks, Trusted Caskets.

We had a great experience with Trusted Caskets. They offered great pricing and had a wide selection to choose from. We ordered the casket on Wednesday and received it on Friday in plenty of time for our services.

Fast and easy to order and the casket arrived on time

Great experience ordering with Trusted Caskets. Thank you.

I was impressed at the speed my mother’s casket arrived at the funeral home. The quality of the casket was beyond my expectations. This is a top notch company for quality and affordability. Highly recommend!

Great service Tim was awesome. It arrived on time with no dings or scratches and the casket was just as beautiful as the picture.
Gooooooo Trusted Caskets

The casket was received at the mortuary in a very timely fashion. The ordering process was also very professional, although I was slightly skeptical ordering on line as I did everything was seamless. Because of this pandemic a lot of caskets were on back order or not in stock and we were very happy to find Trusted Caskets.

Service And product better than advertised.

The team was immediately helpful and answered all my questions during that difficult time. They were kind and courteous and the casket arrived on time and perfect.

Trusted Caskets were very professional, friendly and provided us with an excellent product. I couldn't have asked for a better price, better customer service and for a better looking casket for my husband. Thank you Trusted Caskets for being there in our time of need.

Easiest transaction. Communication was open and great! The rates on this site are hands down cheaper than what’s offered at mortuaries. I’d purchase from them again. Thank you Trusted Caskets!!!

I was a little confused when making my purchase on line so I called their number and they were very helpful and walked me through the entire process. The casket was delivered within two days and it really good condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Tim!!!! YOU made the absolute most difference in a situation where I could barely even speak to you. Losing my daddy has killed me too. Trusted caskets was my first choice. Best price caskets popped up second. Please never ever ever go to best price caskets.com. please go on to Yelp and read the review I wrote: "One of Satan's Demons"... Back to trusted caskets and Tim; I called him hysterically crying and upset because of how I was treated over at best price caskets.com. from the very beginning Tim was very in tune with my feelings. He took control of the situation, got the casket of my choice ordered at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 (my daddy service was on November 15th) and it was delivered to my front door 26 hours later!!!🤯🥳 I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from Trusted Caskets; not only did the ordering go smoothly, Tim even kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process all the way to the delivery itself. The casket was absolutely beautiful and there was zero damage to it. For the final resting place of a person that was one with me, it was the best experience I could ever ask for. Thank you Tim, sincerely, for making a whole world of difference! You deserve the business of everyone going through these challenging and heartbroken times. Shame on you Terry over at"Best priced caskets" Tim doesn't get business for being deceitful and rude, he gets business for getting the job done and taking care of people well having human compassion. God bless trusted caskets for actually being the place I could trust!

Great online inventory and buying experience. Excellent responsiveness and customer service.

The Our Lady casket is beautiful as the individual it was purchased for. the value is excellent for the price. The funeral home even said so, they said that they would have to charge 3 times what was paid for through Trusted Caskets.
