Trusted Caskets Anmeldelser

Experience was great; a little nervous about buying a casket online, but everything went a lot more smoothly than I would've expected; Left notes for it to be delivered on a certain day, and called to verify all is going well... no problems whatsoever... nice price on the casket, great service!

Thank you for your excellent service. The casket was delivered exactly as requested. The driver was very respectful. The casket was actually more beautiful than it appeared on line. Thank you!

Beautiful and high quality casket and we saved so much money purchasing it third party. I asked the employee at Trusted Casket a lot of questions and he was very helpful and patient with me. It also arrived before estimated delivery which was wonderful- very fast shipping! Thank you so much- I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

It was easy fast service, especially at a time like this,
had to call so I was sure on details customer service very helpful.

The photos did not do justice to the casket - it was better looking in real life.

Call them as we found that the website only shows California warehouse stock - the 'Mother' casket was in stock in Dallas - much closer to Houston.

Also we were invoiced rather than an online order saving us tax, because we called and talked with a very helpful Tim.

one day shipping from Dallas to Houston- standard shiping.

The casket we ordered was delivered within two days to the funeral home. It was as eloquent as it appeared in the photo and many of the quests at the funeral commented on how nice it looked.

I really like the coffin not perfect few imperfections, the side ornaments lose but I did tighten them.

After calling a competitor and finding out that the cremation caskets that were supposedly available on their website were all sold out, I called around and found that this company had caskets available in our price range. Since it was after 1pm when we ordered (overnight requires your place the order before 1pm), it was delivered on time within 2 days. It arrived undamaged, matched the photos, and looked very nice for the memorial service.

The customer service replied my questions promptly and patiently.

I could not have asked for a more beautiful casket for my Mother. she would have been very happy with it. The company was kind, extremely helpful and delivered the casket when they said they would with no issues. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Called several casket stores but your reps were the most prompt and courteous so we decided to choose Trusted Casket and we were not disappointed. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

This was our first experience using Trusted Caskets. The price was incredible as well as the service called on Tuesday and was delivered on Wednesday. Quality was awesome as well as the customer service. Would recommend them.

Trusted Caskets proved to be a great choice during a difficult time. Our preplanned casket choice through the mortuary was not available. Trusted Caskets was half the price and delivered in two days. A real person answered the phone when we called to clarify something in the online order process. A+ company to deal with.
