Terrible packaging, no instructions, no syringes or dosage guidance. Buyer would need to know how to dose, if you need distilled water how much. It’s an absolute do it yourself and it’s not cheap. I was 100 % dissatisfied with this process and vendor. Not even a thank you for your purchase and here’s our number should you have any questions. The website is quite pretty don’t be fooled. There are no humans that answer the phone. You cannot speak to anybody about your questions. They sent me an email that said just that. After contacting your team, I was extremely disappointed to be told that nothing could be done. Considering I trusted your company and spent over $200, I expected much better customer service. Instead, the only solution offered was a 20% discount code, which does not come close to covering the cost of a product that I cannot even use.
