Top quality product, really pleased! Informative staff and go above and beyond to help out with my long list of questions.

Used live chat to raise a concern about a split in my canopy and it took over 25min to get answers to a couple of questions, it then went quiet for 20min so I gave up. Poor customer service.

Good old fashioned customer service from all at Truckman, Bob on the phone fantastic and it was great to meet in person to put a face to the name, the ladies on reception excellent and the guy that did the repair ( sorry forgot the names ) amazing customer service and support

I returned an unused bullbar via ParcelForce tracked delivery and it was delivered to named recipient 30th January at 1445 hrs but still no refund as promised as of today 14th February. Having called several times I am still unable to receive my refund of £400 and your staff are most unhelpful. I am continually told the item has not been booked in which i find hard to believe. Today I have been told again the refund will be in my account this afternoon. I would not recommnd this company due to their poor customer service.

We have had our Ranger for just 7 weeks. Our agent had a Truckman canopy fitted. Two holes mysteriously appeared on the back window of the canopy and then both left and right Gas struts came through the glass. The whole back of the canopy is starting to lift off. (Very dangerous). We contacted our agent who then contacted Truckman. We have been told that Truckman are saying there is nothing they can do about this and that it was fitted correctly. How can they tell when they haven’t even been to look at the truck. They are saying that the back glass must have had a chip in it. The actually damage is catastrophic. We want answers but are being ignored. The vehicle is not Road worthy. (I now feel I have no option but to contact our solicitor).

There wasn’t a long delivery time and placing the order was easy. The fitting was top quality and the top looks great.

Spent around £4000 on a canopy for a brand new ford ranger from truckman good quality build except the carpet liner after being only 5 months old decided to fall down, call truckman up to make them aware and see options and I was told to buy a can of spray glue and sort the problem out my self. Very poor customer service for a product that is quite expensive

Issue not resolved as they have replied was given the option to have to drive to another company which I don’t have the time for useless company won’t be buying any more products of them have had to fix the issue my self which is very poor from such a big company am making sure people I know stay clear and go for a different brand

Dealing with most companies these days can be frustrating, lacklustre and leaving one feeling it was a complete waste of time. That remarkable Customer Service is a distant memory - or a figment of our imagination.

I have to tell you that this is not the case with the Live Support at Truckman.

Bob Palmer is absolutely incredible and should be lauded for his service. I cannot say enough good things about our interaction with him. Kind, patient, considerate; professional.

He has been ever present for every single one of my questions and concerns over several days. He has responded fully and used open questions of his own to establish what we needed. At no time have we felt rushed, or pressured - or like we were being a nuisance for the myriad queries, in an attempt to select the correct products.

Despite adversity, technical issues and their website "going down" for an entire afternoon, he has continued to excel. He has made recommendations, sent links and images and nothing has been too much trouble.

More than any of this though, he has done what he has said he will do - and at the time he has said he will do it. One cannot ask for more.

If you are fortunate to interact with him yourself, consider yourself lucky. In this day and age when companies, employees and customer care agents/representatives could not care less about their customers/clients/guests - Bob Palmer is a Unicorn.

The quality is top notch. Wrong instructions sent but everything was available online to complete installation. Very happy

I ordered a Heavy-Duty Carpet Mat Nissan Navara NP300 (2016 Onwards) Double Cab in September having belived this was in stock. Paid full price including delivery to Scotland. I reviewed an email stating this was in fact out of stock but would be back in stock 23rd October. No further contact from them. I see similar reviews to mine. They need to do better. If they have no further stock inform me and refund the payment!

I recently purchased a new toyota hilux and I was looking for a few additional extras, toyota recommend truckman and I'm so glad they did the lady that talked me through everything was full of knowledge & couldn't of been more helpfull, I will certainly be re-visiting truckman in the future.

Terrible quality shells and to top it off parts are absolutely extortion, I wanted a new seal for the side windows as it had deteriorated over time, no seal can be purchased u need to replace the whole window at 300 quid both sides, even installed by professionals water still leaks through, the rear door has cheap plastic along the bottom which lasted a matter of months, all in all cheap quality fibre glass shell, will do if you want some thing cheap that'll last a year or two.

Rip off merchants! One star is as low as I can give, sadly. So, I needed a new locking handle for a GLS canopy. Went on to website on Tuesday evening and ordered one, price not too bad but £16 delivery. It did say Next Day (but no carrier specified) so with no alternative I placed the order hoping it will come by Royal Mail, otherwise expect it to be dispatched the next day and take two days as I live in the north of Scotland. It is part of the UK by the way and Royal Mail can do 24 hour delivery easily and reliably. So we get to Friday and no parcel so I call. Jordan says he cannot track my item but will look into it and get back to me. Monday and still no return call so I call again, this time Jordan passes me on to someone else who bluntly tells me that Next Day can't work "because of where I live" (see comment about being in the UK and Royal Mail capabilities). Hogwash I tell him but he doesn't want to know even though Next Day is now three days and counting. "So as you have taken my £16 for a service you know doesn't work can I please have a refund" I ask. "No" he replies, "it has been sent". Work out the logic in that if you can! So I have been taken to the cleaners by this bunch who offer no alternative but take my money by what is effectively fraud, knowing they are charging for a service they cannot provide and then refuse to even consider a refund. Oh, and the conversation ended when he put the phone down on me. To cap it all when the item arrived it was labelled "Three Day" so they never intended to send it Next Day but charged me for it! Hence the Rip Off Merchants label.

Truckman, delivered directly no issues , good pricing, Combo lock system and and backed up by the people who make this product.

I contacted Truckman customer service to ensure I purchased the correct bonnet protector and wind deflectors for my new Isuzu, the member of the team I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The products were delivered within 48hrs as promised and took less than 2 hrs to fit with easy to follow instructions

Ordered bonnet guard for sons birthday - arrived promptly many thanks Truck Man
