Fantastic contact - and all my e-mail questions answered by Emma, who has been nothing but brilliant in talking me through the process of getting my watch, including ringing me to talk about purchasing another strap.
Really fast delivery, and the watch came exactly as though I had purchased the watch in-store. When I am back from my trip I will be contacting her to sort out ordering a new rubber strap (mine came with a metal bracelet) and I will be looking to Lunn's from now on to spot any deals and offers they have...that's how good the customer service was.
