nice gift arrived on time

Really helpful responses to queries and lovely product , well thought out packaging and lovely plants

Bought for Valentine’s Day. We had a great time making this after our dinner and made it a special evening. Highly recommend. So much fun and get to enjoy the next stages of growth as on our work desks.

Very pleased with my purchase. The plants and moss were in lovely condition and really healthy. Good size too for my new terrarium.
Everything was well wrapped and arrived safe and sound.
Extremely good quality and value for money.

Items purchased are always in really good condition and well packaged. My only reservation is that the company uses Royal Mail for smaller deliveries. In Lichfield RM’s service can be somewhat chaotic.

My partner and I attended the terrarium workshop on Valentines day - Katie and Isaac were great teachers and Bernie the dog was adorable! Our terrarium looks lovely on our coffee table, would definitely recommend for a date activity or with friends

Ordered a large bottle for my daughter to create her own garden. It came extremely well packaged. Website was easy to navigate. Customer service was extremely helpful when I forgot the extras needed and managed to get it on my original order. Thank uou

The session was really well run. I learnt a lot, the team were really nice and helpful. I got so into the building, the time went by so quickly, but I didn't feel rushed to finish. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try!

Bought a Luzern self assembly terranium which I was incredible pleased with, swiftly followed by a ready made bonsai terrarium, Love them both, fabulous purchases

Great products, great advice. Well packaged. Arrived on time. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic kits with clear and easy instructions to follow. Everything is extremely well packaged with the plants in excellent condition. I've made an enclosed terrarium and an open succulent terrarium so far and both of my miniature gardens are thriving and a beautiful addition to our home.

First time I’ve used company and very pleased with service will use again

Tropical Glass is such a great company! Everything about the experience from browsing my choice to ordering and then swift delivery was amazing!! My purchase was a gift for a friend who was delighted. Thanks so much :-)

I was really impressed with this terrarium kit from Tropical Glass. It was very well packaged and the delicate glass bowl arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and it was a fun hour putting it together to get a lovely looking tropical garden. Plant quality was exceptional, they were very healthy looking and in perfect condition, there was enough of 2 of them for me to be able to split them in half to spread around . The kit contained everything you need in measured quantities. I wish I could post a picture of the lovely looking final result.

A good selection (some were out of stock) of lovely looking plants. Placed my first order of 6 plants and they all arrived in perfect condition and in a reasonably good time. They will all eventually be planted into large terrariums. I was quite taken back at how lovely and healthy the plants are. Will be keeping an eye on their stock and when they restock the other plants I will definitely be ordering again. 100% recommended!

Perfect customer service and beautiful healthy plants, thank you
