Love the convenience of dropping the dab and sipping away. I'm a senior so my lungs aren't what they used to be,but with this I can easily adjust the amount of smoke to meet my preference.

This sure knocks the air right out of the bag and puts it right into a cup

I had some questions about a vape pen and customer service provided me with some solid answers and great information. Made my decision easy and made sure I was buying the right product for what I needed. Thanks so much.

The product doesn't work. It charges but doesn't vaporize the distillate

Would have been 5 but i received no tracking email otherwise great experience!

Thanks

Very fast in responses as well as provided a discount on my order. Highly recommend

Marvilyn was awesome and my
overall interaction with them and experience checking was great - they were not just helping in consulting about products to buy but helped me check out and apply the discount count for signing up as a new member. awesome brand, love their products (I’ve bought an Omegatron and a Milatron now)!

I have to wait at least three weeks or more just to buy small parts not even a full device. It. takes way too long.

I never got the product I ordered. Please send it, I've already paid for it.

Great product fast shipping

Such an excellent device, the tronian gammatron,, I bought extra, thank you

Absolutely hands down the best product especially for the value I have purchased to this day and I purchased many thank you for such a good product.

Where is my purchase because I used the express shipping option for 20 extra dollars just to have it shipped longer than 3 days time.

I haven't received my product yet, it's past due and I haven't even received any tracking number. I'm sure the product is probably great but getting my product isn't going well at all. It was ordered April 25th United States shipping and it is now May 3rd. I was under the impression it was 3-5 day shipping with 2 days of processing. I probably wouldn't be as concerned about where it is had I received a tracking Number.

Update: never got a tracking number but it finally came.

Bro...this thing rocks socks...4 stars because the shipping sucked and I never got a tracking number but the product is great!

After reading reviews about what I was looking for I went to their excellent website. Not knowing too much about the products they sell. Inexperienced rookie. Proceeded to be assisted via chat by Marvi. She was super nice and helpful for this old senior citizen (true - hahaha). She set up payment link and made the purchase / checkout very easy. Evidently I will receive very prompt shipping too.

Fast free shipping, quality product.

Best tools on the Internet, period.

2nd device I've bought from you guys that I've had issues with, and no I will not send you videos and what not as I know you don't actually care
