It’s been a good experience so far and also been able to get a prompt responses from my cohort manager about any questions I have.

I have a negative experience with this organisation, and here's why:

I paid for one of the training sessions they offer, but upon receiving the timetable, I realised it did not align with my established routine, so I decided to withdraw from the program and immediately requested a refund. However, when I submitted my refund request, I was informed that it would take thirty days to process. Of course, I had no choice but to agree to this timeline.

Today is the 34th day, and I have still not received my refund. The responses I've received have been that they are working on it.

I was initially frustrated by their lack of flexibility with the course timetable, but this is appalling and needs urgent attention.

A nice academy that sets you on track on the best career path for you. Excellent coaches and mentors. Equally offers an opportunity for internship that gives you a hands-on experience to get your dream job afterwards. The support is amazing too. I appreciate the guidance received from Lekan in getting started and choosing my preferred course.

Oyebola was apt and on hand in guiding me through the TDL and Basecamp. She is a born tutor as she followed/walked me through the process till I actualized the goal. Thanks dear for being there for me.

They couldn’t provide the service needed then refund was requested,only to be told things that were not mentioned before I paid. No company without intention of bringing fraudulent does that.refund process is taking forever with poor response from staff

Tritek is where students are equipped with practical knowledge and professional skills through quality training and development programmes.

The materials online come in handy for me as I can rewatch to understand better.

Lekan and Funmi were very fast and helpful with my process to access their services, which I had issues with for a while.

The instrumentality of people like Lekan in the Tritek admin management is quite invaluable. My several experience with him shows he is worth his onions in the place he holds in Tritek. He is very consistent in his commitment and always swift in helping client resolve issues. His energy and alertness is noticeable and he always has the answers.

Tritek has become a family and there's probably no academy that makes you feel you're part of the family like Tritek.
