OYEBOLA is a Star .he was calm n able to resolve my issues at once

Tritek is well structured for the various trainings. My first training in Business Analysis was quite interesting and the tutor knows his onions.
The support staff are also amazing.

Oyebola was quick to respond to my query, and polite in her delivery. She kindly walked me through my screen to ensure I was on the right track.

Staff is always on time every time to resolve our challenges.

The member of staff was very prompt in responding and resolving my inquiries

Oyebola has been an angel in human form since I started my journey with Tritek. Her Patience and understanding is comparable to non. She has made my journey easy!!

The right place to upskill and learn.
The staff are always ready to assist and resolve any reported issues with navigating their systems and online resources. Oyebola and Precious in particular, have been very helpful in my case.
Kudos to you all, and keep the good work up👍🏾

Having successfully concluded the PM/BA training, I want to sincerely thank Tritek for an excellent learning experience. A special thank you to Lekan for his hands-on approach, swift support, and professionalism throughout the programme. His guidance made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.

I had an excellent experience with the support team at Tritek. I encountered a bottleneck where I was incorrectly assigned to the BADA course instead of my actual PMBA programme, which prevented me from completing my pre-assessment.
I would like to sincerely commend Lekan, Divine, and Sammy for their exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving the bottleneck. They acted swiftly, corrected the process error promptly, and ensured that I was able to complete my pre-assessment successfully.
Their dedication to providing timely and effective support reflects the high standards of customer service at Tritek. Thank you for turning what could have been a frustrating process disruption into a seamless resolution. Your outstanding teamwork and commitment to student success are truly appreciated.

I interacted with Lekan and the customer service was wonderful.

Lekan was supportive and helpful

My experience was great, I had issues with my TDL dashboard , I couldn't access my courses and useful resources.
I just got in contact with devine, the new support for my cohort and in less that 5 minutes the issue was resolved.
A big thanks to Devine for the swift responses and actions.

It's been good, the staff have been very accommodating. The staff have been quite accessible and helpful.

I contacted April to help resolve the issue I was facing and it was done swiftly.

April has been great help with assisting and clarifying how I need to work with my teammates and the way in which work needs to be done.

When I’ve had questions about working with my teammates, she has clarified it well and is always getting back to me promptly with directions.

The staff team are well coordinated and very helpful , they make the whole onboarding process so simple that a layman will surely understand it. I will surely recommend them.

I'm happy with the prompt response from Bukola. She's an amazing person. Helped me resolve issues with assigned class in no time.
