Beautiful furniture at really good prices. Excellent customer service. Lovely family run business. Well worth a visit.

Just moved in to the area, and needed some new parts for the house. Got recommended by a local person to head towards this shop, and my God im glad I did! I was treated like a local and greated with a smile. The staff where happy to assist in any way needed and we furnished the house :)

Amazing work from paul, josh and Claire will be back!

My partner has been trying to get hold of paul all last week never answer the phone. Been waiting for a call back from paul but had not received a phone call back waited and waited. Also the receptionist needs to get some people skills very rude and abrupt.
No joy until monday when my partner actually got hold and spoke to paul.
He refused to help after spending a lot of money at trio furnishings. We have even put some business his way from family and friends.
Ask for a refunded refussed. Asked for store credit because we was thinking of a getting a new sofa ( not a chance now)

We have spent a lot of money at trio over the past few months
We brought new carpet,a new bed and mattress the first mattress was not the same as in the shop. So got back in touch with paul and yes he did exchange the first one but we also had to pay a extra £200 towards a new one which this was £599 just for the mattress gave it a month to settle but is still hard as a rock. Not suitable, not comfortable hurting our backs and sleepless nights. My mother has had the same mattress and bed which is a lot softer than ours. We picked this mattress due to paul saying it was a good quality mattress and my partner laid on the mattress in the shop for at least 20 minutes to make sure it was comfortable and suitable because of the first one. I know you have to let a mattress settle which we have but surely it should be the same as in the shop that was ordered! Always had our beds from there for 40 years.
Refused to get someone out to take a look at it.
Had the money and des not want to know now.
Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience at Trio Furnishings today! We came in looking for a new sofa and bed, and Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as we explored different options. Paul really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find pieces that fit perfectly with our style and budget.

The whole process—from browsing to purchase—was smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and we left feeling confident and excited about our new sofa and bed.

New Sofa Day!! Pleased with my delivery today, polite and friendly delivery staff. Only downside was that I wasn't advised about getting rid of a mountain load of cardboard and wrapping prior to the day. Showroom staff were approachable and helpful whilst we made our decision. Pity the lady who answers the phone and takes payments ( may I add a significant payment) doesn't have a friendly approach, which could put customers off in the future. Having worked in Customer Service for 25 years I am all too aware as to the importance of a front facing role within a company. I will, however still happily recommend Trio to my friends and family who are looking for value and money .

Order confirmed but no further contact after one week. Emailed for information. Automated email then received advising order cancelled out of stock. No specific response to my email and no apology.

Greeted at the door by Paul what a experience not rushed like other stores we had been to Paul took his time to find out all our needs and came up with thing we hadn’t even thought about fantastic quality and all we needed under one roof if you need help deciding what you need for your home trio is the place to go

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Trio Furnishings!
From the moment we walked in we were treated with such kindness and genuine care. The staff didn’t just try to sell us furniture- they listened and guided us through all the options they kept style and price range in mind and honestly went above and beyond what we could have asked for.

What really impressed us both was the customer service. You can tell they really care about their customers by answering all our questions, giving us honest advice and put us at total ease never making us feel rushed like other stores.

Paul and his staff put such a personal touch to what they do they don’t want you to just get furniture, they want to help shape your home and the furniture and carpets themselves- absolutely beautiful, fantastic quality and at really great prices.
But I must say Paul and his staff (Josh and Claire were fantastic too and everyone whose name I didn’t catch) made the whole experience so special. Instead of a typical shopping trip you’re speaking with someone that really wants the best for you.
So not only do I have some gorgeous pieces and a lush carpet for my new home, I also have the biggest smile after visiting.

I tried calling them about information about a sofa I bought.
First the telephone number keeps going to answer machine.
I've tryed calling about 10 times all this week.
And there email address is incorrect and undeliverable.
Becareful as I have not received my sofa yet. Very poor service.
I will have to travel to store to resolve a issue I could of done through email and phone.
In this day and age there phone line should work as its a business.

2 x Windsor dual motor riser recliner chairs purchased today.
Josh was very helpful with my elderly mum to find and choose the correct chairs for her. Offered lots of advice.
My Mum doesn't find it easy to choose furniture. Her current chairs are about 30 years old and are no longer fit for purpose.

They work hard and the furniture and carpets are good not to mention the beds

Slow delivery then when they eventually arrived brought wrong sofa couldn't get back out for me for a few days delivery driver wanted to bring it 1st drop but they wouldn't let him and even when they brought me the right sofa I don't think it was meant for me as it had someone else's name on the box. There has been no contact from the shop / manager the after sales support does not exist I had a message from them for me to ring and book the delivery why can't they just ring customers to book very poor. When the sofa was brought into my front room something was working on it luckily the helpful delivery guys managed to fix it for me there and then

We've shopped at Trio Store in Telford a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. Paul provided excellent customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Previously we have purchased carpets from them and was really pleased with the quality and service. Today, we went back and bought a new sofa and a picture, and once again, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
The stock selection is fantastic! plenty of choice, stylish options, and good value too. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality home furnishings and outstanding service!

Had a lovely few trips to trip over the last couple of weeks looking for a mattress and sofa. Each time Paul has gone above and beyond to ensure nothing was too much. Quality of products are fantastic with an amazing price too!
