Great advice and response was fast. I had checked the compatibility guide and my Makita trim router was a newer model and not on the list. Trend offered me the ability to return the Unibase if it didn’t fit. However it fitted my 7020 model perfectly

Mixed feelings, expected better
The speed of the part being delivered was superb, unfortunately the part that turned up was slightly different to the original, meaning I had to glue the two parts of the t7 fine adjustments together or the lower portion with increments just spun freely.
Also I had emailed through trend UK website about the T7 I purchased around 8 months ago regarding the excessively stiff plunge, I needed to knock it down with clenched fist to get it to move and fine adjustment was solid with no movement until it spun on the shaft due to it being a completely plastic knob with a flat to locate onto shaft, this is the part I purchased and was different to original. I still have problems with the stiff plunge but as I had no reply from email I just paid for the replacement part and have somewhat rectified the plunge to a degree. Quite unhappy to be honest.

J'ai acheté une défonceuse T8 et je…
J'ai acheté une défonceuse T8 et je possède déja une T11 ainsi qu'une plaque TREND pour les mettre sous table. Quel n'a pas été ma surprise quand j'ai voulu acheter des bagues pour la plaque, IMPOSSIBLE !!!! en Europe personne n'en vends... Il y en a de disponible en Angleterre mais ils ne veulent pas les livrer en France. Donc si vous acheter du matériel neuf TREND en France et qu'il y a un problème si petit soit-il, vous n'avez plus qu'a le mettre à la poubelle. Sacher le avant de faire votre choix, car après il sera trop tard. Donc mes prochains seront du Festool ou du Makita ou Bosch. Je vais donc essayer de me débarrasser de tout ce que j'ai de cette marque d'amateurs. FUYER CETTE MARQUE CAR COMME MOI VOUS NE POURREZ PAS AVOIR DE PIECES DETACHEES . SUR LEUR SITE ANGLAIS ILS ME DISENT QU'ILS SONT DESOLES, QUELLE REPONSE DE PRO !!!!

Renseignez vous avant de publier une réponse mensongère, sur les deux sites que vous me proposez aucun ne propose les bagues WP-CRTMK3/33 & WP-CRTMK3/32 . Donc avant de répondre à un avis renseignez vous au moins sur les sites que vous préconisez. ENCORE UN PROCEDE D'AMATEUR, par rapport aux marques comme FESTOOL, MAKITA & BOSCH PRO qui eux jusqu'ici ont toujours trouvé une solution aux problèmes que j'ai rencontré. JE N'OSE MEME PAS PENSER A UNE PANNE EN PERIODE DE GARANTIE, Le produit sera à envoyer ou pour réparation ou échange. Un autre point que je me permet d'aborder, c'est la qualité de la T8 par rapport a l'ancienne T11, rien à voir BAISSE DE QUALITE CONSIDERABLE, Je ne vais pas énumérer les différences, vous les connaissez, avant vous étiez dans les standards PRO maintenant vous êtes dans les standards BRICOLAGE et encore pas haut de gamme. Tout ce que vous savez répondre aux clients mécontents c'est "nous sommes désolés mais dans votre cas nous ne pouvons rien faire", dans ces cas là ne répondez pas, car vous abimez inutilement votre image de marque.

Excellent service,I ordered my 260 x 80 x 2.3 blade in the afternoon it was with me by 11.30 am the following morning thanks to D P D. The blade gives a nice clean
cut on pine and also beech, the previous also Trend has given great service but is getting old and in need of sharpening (like me).
