Deanna has been amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. As a church we had never bought a photocopier/printer before so didn't even know where to start but Deanna is very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. Mark and George came out to see me today, they were on time, friendly and fixed all the issues very quickly, whilst here they gave the printer a good check and sorted anything they found.

The specialists from this company , Mark and George are awesome! First of all, our office is situated on the second floor and the stairs leading up to the unit is narrow with a tricky tight bend.
Upon seeing the situation, they did not flinch but instead started to dismantle our printer so as to lessen the load to carry it up. (The entire printer is around 120kg) It took those strong men a long time to carry the printer up the narrow passageway carefully and we were unable to assist them due to a lack of space along the stairs.

After they successfully transported the printer up and were setting it up, they discovered a minor software issue with it which obviously wasn't caused by the delivery. After trying to solve it for a period of time , they informed us that they will get an engineer to resolve the issue for us.
However, the following day , the company felt that we ought to be given another brand new printer instead of fixing the minor issue so that means the 2 gentlemen Mark and George had to return to carry down the heavy printer and then deliver another one up the stairs ! It's tedious work all over again and twice !
They arrived to do their job without complaints and were very patient and helpful. After the printer was set up, it was already way past lunch time but they still offered to set up the drivers for all our computers and run through the usage of the printer.
Most people would have dragged up the printer with annoyance so as to finish their job or not want to do it again. That wasn't the case for Mark and George. As the saying goes, "How you do something is how you do everything" They are lovely and have a great attitude! Mark is like those good ole British folks who are down to earth and hardworking whereas George might be young but he's also hardworking and dedicated. He's definitely going far in life one day.

We will definitely recommend MyGroupSolutions to our family and friends. In future when we need to replace our desktop printers (yes light weight printers) in other sites, we will enquire with them first. Thank you very much once again , gentlemen. And George, we apologise for your birthday workout.

George and Mark installed our new printer today. They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure the printer was configured to exactly meet our needs, explained all the options available and really wanted to do the best job they could. Excellent excellent service.

My Group Printing came up with some excellent options for our printing needs, giving us a cheaper and far superior option than our existing provider. Claire was exceptionally helpful in helping us decide what products to go for, the on-boarding process was easy, speedy and transparent, and Mark was very professional and efficient when setting up the devices for us and providing training on how to use them.
