I ordered a replacement treadmill motor. The price was fair and it was easy to confidently choose the right one for my treadmill. While I was installing it, I had to call technical service with a question. I was able to get a person on the line right away who answered my question and the replacement was completed successfully! Just bought an 8 pack of belt lubrication. Asked some questions about my 25 year old Pro Form 585 & always get good advice.

We got the delivery of the walking belt three days afterwe ordered. It was the right part and was able to fix the unit promptly. Suggest better Guidelines for the model we had. No problem. We are happy

The belt was recd without any issues. I was a little concerned since it appeared that a tensioner was no longer reqd with this belt.

I was able to remove and replace the belt with no issues.

We recently received the shocks for the tread climer . They were as advertised came on time and shipped fast. Product is working great. Definitely would recommend treadmill Dr to any one that needs to replace parts for their treadmills.

Great experience, excellent customer service. I got exactly what I needed.

I just purchased a used threadmill from someone. 2 weeks later threadmill stopped working. I called threadmill doctor and spoke to Steve.Steve helped me trouble shoot the issue and I ordered the parts. I received them yesterday and I installed them myself. I’m up and running. I don’t know many places that would assist u in finding the issue. Thanks a lot Rocco
