Victoria was incredibly patient and efficient and immediately sorted out the booking problem. SO helpful

I booked a holiday via Travel Solutions Network as the agent acting on behalf of easyJet holidays for special assistance for my grandparents. Unfortunately due to the ill health of my grandma we decided to cancel the holiday with 60 days' notice which was in line with their policy of our deposit being refundable. Unfortunately they refused to refund our deposit despite us adhering to their policy. I would strongly urge anyone who is booking with this company to reconsider.

Adam Hallsworth was great with helping us book our holiday with EasyJet. He was very thorough, patient and listened to everything that was needed for our family. Excellent service and would happily use again!

Christine was absolutely fantastic and restored my confidence in how efficient and personable people can be can be

Daniel Clyburn provided an excellent service and went out of his way to help us when the Ezyjet website went down. He sorted out our holiday and had to call us back several times.
All the bookings went smoothly and we had a wonderful trip to Copenhagen.
Thank you Daniel

Having chosen our hotel and flights with Daniel’s assistance we had some problems with our WiFi and which took some time and attention and in relation to which Daniel was extremely helpfull. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family and would use them again

Wonderful service!

I can’t thank Scott enough for all his help in booking my holiday. I had an issue with the easy jet website so I had called over and Scott was amazing. He was so friendly and kind and patient. Answered all my questions and went above what was expected. Genuinely made the experience so painless. Really hope if you’re booking you are lucky enough to get him. Got the holiday I wanted and every detail perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks so much again

Vikki from travel solutions was very helpful in sorting my holiday after I could not book on line went through all the procedures in detail and very helpful about information to do with my granddaughters diabetes

Valerie was so helpful! She was very patient to listen to my issues and helped me resolve an issue I was facing when booking on time. She was very kind and made me feel extremely comfortable despite this being my first time booking a holiday over the phone. The service I received was second to none and I would highly recommend.

Was able to book the exact trip I wanted (not available through other sources) without any issues. Agent Michelle was extremely helpful. The process was straightforward, everything was explained and completed without any hassle. I was delighted with the process and the service and will use again in the future.

Excellent customer service from Valerie, very helpful, thanks

Daniel (a fellow Lancastrian!) was very helpful in booking our holiday to Crete, despite the system going down, he got back to us as soon as it was up and running and talked us through the whole booking system. Thanks for your patience and assistance.

Absolutely terrible, called as need specific requirements for special needs son for a low level room. Once paid for, doubled checked this had been organised, told it was. Emailed hotel and told lowest room for this room was a 5th floor. Hours of phone calls and to be told managers do not work weekends and still no answers. Takes hours to get through, do not use for advice absolutely terrible

After having issues trying to book a holiday on the website we rang Travel solutions network and Valerie was able to sort out the booking for us. In just over 10mins everything was booked and paid for with confirmation emailed received. Excellent customer service.
