Jake was great to work with and fast to respond.

Steve was wonderful helping us book our trip to Montana. Jake was also a huge help with finishing the booking with name correction.

Be very skeptical. Absolute bait and switch company. When speaking to the call center in India, it was very apparent they are trained in scare tactics - using phrases like "taking legal action" and "good luck dealing with your credit card"

Though the prices seem considerably less than booking through the airline or a trusted 3rd party, I would recommend steering away from using this site.

Ultimately and without warning, my reservation was cancelled.

For whatever you guys do do not do not purchase or give your card information to these fraud criminals.These are scammers the lady who called me after I told her that? Unfortunately, I am unable to travel. She was arguing back-and-forth with me. Mind you, she called me.How is that possible that my flight was booked?And they already charged my card when they did not charge my card.Because I had tried to book this since the 8/8/26.And i'm just now getting a call.So I locked my card, because I've never dealt with a company, whether third party or not.That puts your flight on hold, but never charges your card.And you have to speak to them, so she was very disrespectful, and I had to tell her to watch herself, watch Her mouth. She should not be speaking to someone when she is the one who called me then she hung up because she knew she was wrong after I kept telling her I blocked my card. These people are scammers, and they need to be removed. Someone should be able to report that there are scammers and remove them from any system. Google or anything because they should not be allowed to steal people's money or let you book a flight. But never charge your card right away, because they need to confirm with the airline.STAY AWAY PLEASE

All 5 star reviews are fake!!DO NOT BOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. The policy of not being able to cancel or no money back even though I booked my flight 5 hours ago when other sites clearly state cancellation is available up to a certain point of booking.. my flight isn’t for another month but I can’t cancel. The lied and said I didn’t book the regular economy when I absolutely did. Even tried to say the money was already taken from my account but i cancelled that account and transferred my money so no I was not charged. These people are scammers the first man I spoke to hung up in my face. The Second Lady said “if you can afford it book through the airline then” just nasty rude people

Steve did what he said he was going to do! With flights changing he stayed on top of it and got our flights close to original sale price.

Too much back and forth on call, which was well over an hour.

Chloe Kim has exceptional customer service skills. I was very unhappy in the beginning because I didn't receive any updates on my tickets after 5 hours of my initial purchase on the internet. I wasn't aware of the final ticket has to be purchase through the airline before Travel Case can finalize the purchase. Kim worked with me and got the matter resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Choel Kim for working so diligently to resolve the matter in handle so professionally.

Scam pure and simple. They start with false advertising. Once you book a ticket, they tell you that it can not be confirmed for various reason, however the payment you made can not be refunded and you have to rebook through them and end up charging you way more than what the ticket is actually worth. Stay away!

Do not waste your time. They advertise an unrealistic price. After booking they call you and try to sell you a different more expensive ticket. I told them I was ok with the restricted fare and they said that they are sending it to the airline for confirmation. 5 days later I still did not have my tickets. When I called them they told me that 1 out of 3 booked ticket s are on standby and will remain on standby. I had to rebook for a different flight and paid same price as all the other companies were charging. Conclusion: do not waste your time. Book through a reputable website and save your time and energy.

In my experience, this site is misleading. The flight price initially displayed was nowhere near the actual cost. During the booking process, there was no clear information about additional fees for baggage, seat selection, or other extras.

The website stated that the ticket would be reserved within 2–4 hours, but the confirmation email said it could take 24–48 hours. The following day, I received an urgent email asking me to call. Shortly afterward, they claimed they had tried to reach me, even though I had not received a phone call.

When I called, I was told that the advertised fare was only a promotional price. I was then pressured to purchase a much more expensive option if I wanted standard services such as checked baggage and seat selection. I was also told that if I did not accept the higher-priced offer, I could lose the original charge and would have no choice but to book through them.

I had to firmly insist on canceling the reservation and requesting a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this site. Be sure to read the terms carefully and proceed with caution.
