We had an excellent experience booking our flight tickets with Eric. His service was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. What really stood out was that he continued to stay in contact with us even after we had flown, checking in to make sure everything went well with our flight. That level of care and follow-up is truly appreciated and shows how much he values his clients.

Thank you, Eric, for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and attentive travel services!

I initially booked a direct flight to Orlando, but unfortunately, the airline cancelled the flight. It was such a stressful time trying to find another direct flight around the same dates and at a similar price.
I was really stressed because the new flight options weren’t matching my original arrangements, and I wasn’t happy with the alternatives. James was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process. He kept searching and sending me different flight options, even when I kept saying no. 😂
At one point, James said, “Let’s take a weekend break from the search,” and reassured me that by Monday, he would find a suitable ticket for me. True to his word, Monday came and he found a flight that matched my dates and had suitable flying times.
We communicated throughout the entire process, and everything eventually worked out perfectly.
In April this year, I travelled with James’s assistant and my three children. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We had no issues checking in, boarding, or on our return journey.
I really appreciate the patience, communication and great customer service throughout what could have been a very stressful experience. Thank you, James, and your team, for going the extra mile! 😁✈️ thank you
Tsogo.

Sarah was incredibly patient, gentle, comforting and guiding. She epitomized the very essence of a professional ticketer. She gave me multiple options, plans and avenues to make my journey possible and smooth. I have never met her kind in this line of business. If all Travel Smart staff are as expeditiously expedient as Sarah, then this company will impact millions of life's all over the world. I am buying all my next life flying tickets with Travel Smart. May the good Lord Almighty bless you all and enrich you each with divine health and long life.

My experience with the company was very good because they were very nice people and they were very helpful to me as well as to allow me to get my ticket paid out when I needed to get the money.

I was assisted by Sarah who did a fantastic job from getting me the ticket I needed and sorting everything else.

Jack was Amazing at sorting out last minute holiday to Lebanon. He was thorough polite and gave us enough information to decide. When we needed to make changes also he was very accommodating and helped us resolve it. He has been in touch since booking us our flight to ask about the journey and how we are. I don’t think I will ever be booking with anyone else again. Thank you so much
