Travel E Smart Anmeldelser

recently completed my Umrah journey in Mecca and Medina with this travel agency, and overall, it was a positive experience.

The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were responsive when answering questions before departure.Specially thanks to brother Fahad. He was a very good person and He has done everything perfectly such as Flights and accommodation arrangements were well-coordinated, and our hotels were conveniently located within reasonable distance of the Haram, which made daily prayers much easier.
Overall, I would recommend this agency to others planning Umrah, particularly for their organization and support. They could provide an excellent service.

What can I say such a fantastic company very helpful and easy to communicate with my agent James has gone above and beyond with helping me arrange my booking for myself and grandson

I hhad an excellent experience with Travel Esmart. I got a great deal for my trip to The Gambia with my wife, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Eric provided outstanding customer service – very helpful, patient, and responsive throughout. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was arranged perfectly.

This is my fourth time purchasing flight tickets with Travel Esmart, and they have consistently delivered great service every time.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. If you’re booking, I highly recommend contacting Eric directly.

I can't say much but you are excellent Chris

Having been scammed online out of a lot of money to a bogus travel agency I was sceptical and incredibly worried when I contacted Eric at Travel E Smart...
But..Eric put my mind at rest...he is a star...I travelled last year to Tanzania from UK and everything was perfect...
They have managed to sort my partner a flight out of Saudi back to Philippines when all seemed lost...
I will 100% use these guys when I fly to Philippines later this year..
Eric..you are a star....nothing too much trouble....people...you can trust these people...amazing company.
They have got my partner

Paul was incredibly helpful suggesting good airlines and prices. His prices were better than those quoted by other agencies; I searched online and Paul found better prices! He was always polite. I felt he really cared about our experience. I would highly recommend him and Travel E Smart

Best service I’ve ever had lovely customer service easy to book with would recommend travel e smart best company ever ☺️

I booked with James for a trip to Dubai. I am pleased with the service received because he worked with me to get the specific flight times I wanted and accomodated my requested payment arrangement within his parameters

This company has a very good customer service and very professional in dealing with their customers. In addition, they coordinate very well with other employers

Very poor complaint handling. My daughter’s booking was described in writing as a “reservation”, but the ticket was in fact issued the same day. We later identified discrepancies between the signed booking document and the issued ticket, including the outbound airport, and a substantial difference between the invoiced amount and the airline booking value. Despite repeated requests, the company has still failed to provide a proper itemised breakdown or directly answer the documentary issues raised. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I had an amazingly good experience with James

From booking to return this company was awesome. They dealt with the bookings of hotels, visas, transfers and flights. The hotels were in walking distance from the masjid's in Makkah and Madina. We had few issues with flights in Madina and they sorted it out in an instant. They kept in touch throughout the journey.
Definitely recommended x
