Great trip which was well organised and the hotel was lovely.I would definitely use this service again.

It was easy to make the booking for a mini package (event tickets, 2 nights accommodation and transport between hotel and venue) with Travel Compendium.
When I contacted them with a query, I received a helpful reply without undue delay.
However, I cannot comment on how the practicalities of the break would have been handled or how efficient, or otherwise, the organisation of the included transport proved to be, because I was unable to take the trip as I'd been unexpectedly admitted to hospital.

In addition, I was informed that the Ts & Cs of the booking precluded any refund being given.

An excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was lovely, such a quiet room and delicious breakfast.
The coach driver and his assistant to the venue were kind and considerate.
The Abba Voyage concert was amazing

A party of 7 of us came up for the ABBA experience. The whole process and experience was fantastic

ABBA Voyage was amazing, a definite must see. Straight forward pick up and collection by coach and fast track into the venue, no queuing!

Driver was knowlegable about London and very informative.

Had to cancel as my wife had to go to Cardiff for a very serious, very short notice operation. She is still there with complications. Despite the booking being non refundable etc the company managed to refund all but a booking fee, a very welcome bonus in a very difficult time for me. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding.

Great experience, the hotel was excellent and the transport to and from the ABBA Voyage Arena was seamless and just a short walk from the hotel. Once at the ABBA Arena it was so easy to find our seats and really enjoy the event. I would use this company again as they were always so helpful when I asked anything!

The guide was not really helpful. He only discussed meeting time and departure time I didn’t feel there was enough explanation on what we were seeing and visiting. It sounded he was just repeating things that he memorised instead of actually creating conversation and engaging with the people. Overall a bit boring, rushed, and not very informative.

The hotel was of an excellent standard
It was ideally situated for easy access to everywhere.
The coach travel was punctual and efficient, giving a tour of the City of London as well as getting us to Abba.
The show was fantastic with great seats.

Everything worked to plan. Hotel, travel, and Great Show. All very good.

Second time we have used this company for a ABBA package. Hilton hotel was great, lovely room , great choice of food at breakfast. Staff st hotel were all very friendly and helpful.. Great to have an ABBA coach to the venue and to be brought back to Victoria as well. Concert fab, a great time was had.

Easy to use website for booking. Prompt answers to questions asked. Transports were excellent, nice drivers and vehicles we had transport from Heathrow airport to the holiday inn in Kensington and then later from the hotel to Southampton cruise port. Accommodations were clean and breakfast was provided. Very good experience and cost friendly!

The seats we had for the Coldplay concert were extremely good and the hotel where we stayed was exceptional. The whole experience was very good indeed

You delivered everything that you promised, a lovely hotel and great seats for Coldplay

Communication was good especially nearer the event to ensure tickets were accessed correctly. Although initially we were disappointed to receive restricted seats at Coldplay Wembley (section 549), the view was actually really good & amazing concert. The hotel was in a good location near Kings Cross station and the room and food were of a high standard.

Everything seemed to fit together well but there were several different agencies involved which was a little confusing. The Coldplay concert itself was awesome! A fabulous experience.
