Slow production and shipping
For the second time I placed an order and it has taken over a week to receive my product. The shipping I am paying for is not stated that it will take longer than 2 days. And if the production is high volume maybe mention it to your customer so that they can plan accordingly. After calling I was listen to but then dismissed. My orders are now late, it's my reputation on the line and all I got from customer service was "I understand and we are sorry". I wouldn't mind the product taking longer if the expection was set. For so long your company has been quick and efficiant, until lately.

The website is very interactive, it was my first time using the sight. The prompts let me know that the DPI wasn’t high enough to have a quality print!

BUYER BEWARE - I have been working with this company for years. We received numbers from them that simply did not work. They started to come off after 2 washes - even with them being gently handled. I reached out to customer service where I explained what had happened, but I could tell they did not want to resolve the issue. I was met with question after question where they were trying to put the fault on us and the application process. For context, we used another vinyl from them on the front and applied it according to the directions and it has stayed on in perfect condition. Today, after months of fighting with them, they informed me nothing can be done as it is outside the 30 day window. I had stated from DAY 1 I wanted to send the vinyl I did not use back and would like some compensation as if the vinyl is bad the entire item is bad. Now they are shoving us under the rug. I wish I could upload photos for you to see, some of the numbers are completely falling off.

DTF transfer headaches
I recently bought an apparel enhancement business that has been using Transfer Express for years. However, 2 of my first 3 orders of Ultracolor Max images have been a disaster, with the film not peeling off the images and the images not adhering to the fabrics. I did open a support ticket but have not had a resolution and am not able to fulfill the order I was working on. I am out both the artwork and the garments and am hesitant to try the product ever again. So disappointing.
