Even tempered

Very good product
The quality of the transfers is great! When I first submitted the artwork I was told the resolution was not high enough. I reached out to the online customer service and the response didn’t come until the next day. I found that a little frustrating. But once I figured it out on my own I was able to submit a design that worked.

I love Transfer Express
I love Transfer Express. Their products are top notch and their service is second to none. All my orders are done correctly and precise. Since the ordering process was changed to on line only I haven't order as much as I used to. The only orders that I am allowed to order on the phone are exact repeat orders. I used to email the art work and then I would call CS and asked for the sizes to be executed by the art department. I've be told that I can't do that anymore.

I was pleased to see that they had included instructions on how to press each transfer. Turned out exactly how I wanted them. Wouldn’t change a thing. Also received after ordering them in 3 days prior! Great turn around time. Very impressed with the experience!!

Several issues incorrect
Size of the design shipped was not accurate to what was approved. Approved size was 10.98x8.34. TE sent me a design that was about 7" x 4.5" and all the designs were together on one sheet instead of singles so they had to be cut out. And when I followed the directions of 12-15 seconds at 290, there were peeling issues with the design.
Definitely will not order Ultra Color Max again. Goof Proof and Ultra Color Pro applications I have not had any issues with.

Excessive shipping and poor military discount option
I reordered a transfer which cost a little over $2. Thay charged $15 for sipping. I was also going to order 7 tshirts for about $35. They wanted another $17 fot shipping. I also get a military discount for being a veteran however they gave the discount on the transfer which was $.19. I love your products but this just ain't right yall.

Very fast turn around
Very fast turn around. Really appreciated the first time offer. Was a little disappointed with one of the images that was used in our transfers. There was something that needed adjusted due to the adhesive and was unable to see it in the proof and did not pay the fee to preview prior to printing.

I order from Transfer Express daily. All products have been the best quality and always arrive as promised. Goof proof or full color the finished product has always been superior. Designing is very user friendly and clip art is updated constantly.
