Downgraded my offer as claimed issues with the battery which were not true. Worth rejecting offer as it was then increased but still not back to original amount

Got a reasonable price on a couple of phones so decided to go with Trade Your Phone. I received the pack to send the phones in and followed the instructions. Package showed in Royal Mail as successfully delivered but they indicated they never received it. After lots of chasing they took it up with Royal Mail and were compensated for it.

Frustrating lack of communication and lack of proactivity in getting it resolved without being pushed but I did eventually get the amount offered for the phones.

Sent two orders in – an iPhone 14 Plus and two iPhone SE (2020) devices.

I mixed barcodes up for the devices up and I was offered £45, which I believed was for the iPhone SEs. The communication referenced an iPhone SE, so I accepted the offer — only to later realise this valuation had actually been applied to my iPhone 14 Plus valued at £145.

Issue was identifying as error on both parts and the issue rectified very quickly and efficiently once it was identified.

Was quoted a price £234 for the galaxy s24 in good condition on the mobile phone recycle comoarison website.

When i sent it to them they came back with a list of problems that was not there in addition i was give an adjusted quote which was way lower than the quote offered for the same phone in broken condition

Now i received an email saying that to get my phone back, i need to pay £10 for the delivery charge but they did not tell me how to pay it.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Came Into the shop today with various problems. The staff were extremely helpful and fixed the problem on no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend phones 4 all.

Poor company. Many lowball offers. I do not recommend

They take ages to get back to you, customer service non existant, reduced price after they recieve it so holding you to ransom, 110 for a samsung galaxy s23 ultra that needed a battery but in perfect working order, they dont reply to emails but should have known they are based in bradford.
Avoid at all costs

Offered money for my phone and when they recieved it told me that they wouldn't give me anything and it would cost me an admin fee to get the phone back!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Sorted in 2 minutes! My autistic daughter is now happy again! 🥰

Offered a lower price for the device than quoted despite it being unused and in the original sealed box.

Prompt processing and payment. But significantly reduced price. Phone was damaged but I believe that I should have got a bit more price.
