Unprofessional Service, Endless Delays, and Incomplete Work
On January 20, 2026, we reached an agreement for Amazon and Walmart store setup, visual content production, and FDA facility registration services. We paid the full fee upfront. Today is July 7, and although nearly six months have passed, half of the agreed work is still not completed.
They were unable to open our Walmart store for months. Although we had a separate agreement for the visuals, the work they delivered was incomplete, amateurish, and not suitable for use. We sent revisions multiple times, waited again each time, yet no proper or completed work ever came out of the process.
We wanted to have videos made.
What was delivered, however, was not a video, but a simple slideshow.
We clearly stated that we wanted to join the Amazon Vine program. They said they had started the process, but because they failed to complete it on time, the program deadline expired and we missed the opportunity entirely.
We paid for the FDA facility registration process they were supposed to complete for our company, SSN Sports Supplement, in December 2025, and for months they have still not completed that either.
We were the ones constantly following up, sending reminders, waiting for responses, and chasing the work.
From the very beginning, they did not stand behind the promises they made.
They gain your trust with sincerity in order to secure the job, but once the payment is made, their interest decreases, the work drags on, and a process full of constant excuses, delays, and follow-up begins.
The time, money, and energy we spent were all wasted. An irresponsible team that does not know how to solve problems and, if you ask me, understands neither marketplace management nor business itself. Everything I have said is supported by our conversations. We are ready to send them to anyone who claims otherwise.
