Trades Training School Anmeldelser

I had a very good experience with Trades Training School. The course was well organised and the trainer explained everything clearly. The practical training was very helpful and gave me confidence to start working in the trade. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout the course. I would definitely recommend this training school to anyone who wants to learn plumbing or a trade. Thank you for the great experience.

I attended the 3 day venetian plastering course and it was great Anthony was very good at explaining all the stages and process to get the finishes of all the different products. This is the second course I have attached at the Trades training school Edinburgh and I would highly recommend 👌

I’d fully recommend if you want to learn in any of the trades they have on offer to just go for it.The minute you walk in you are made to feel welcomed in a comfortable environment, the teaching was second to none & Ant had so much time & patience to help, not only that you could have a laugh while learning & enjoying the whole experience.

Thoroughly enjoyable & would recommend to anyone interested.

I spent a week learning plumbing under Iain's guidance, and it was a fantastic experience. The course was not only fun but also provided an ideal setting for expanding my skillset, thanks to Iain's exceptional teaching. I'm seriously thinking about returning next year.

An amazing training experience.

Completed venetian plaster microcement & a 1 week plaster course. Everthing was explained, hands on training with superb trainers. They also have an amazing support system following completion of any training to support you through any work you are tackling.

Thank you for the great training and ongoing support.

This course empowers you with essential hands-on skills, blending effective instruction with practical application. It offers clear foundational insights into materials, regulations, tools, and theory. Guided by attentive instructors, you'll embark on the journey of installing a full bathroom and radiator, conducting tests, and resolving any leaks that arise. The supportive team adds to the enriching experience.

Excellent hands-on tuition and attention to technical details, really enjoyed my first course and will be back for more. After 1 week I went from zero to tiling round a sink, a wall with a window and a kitchen splashback 👍

I was a bit apprehensive trying something new after 35years of plastering but I soon felt at ease and met some really nice people . Anthony was really knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and everyone within the school very friendly. It’s given me the confidence to try something new

Great course to get a bit of knowledge to help you on your way and an easy going but efficient and good instructor who took his time to explain and help us when needed. Great place and people in general at the trade school and I'll definitely be back for another course again next year. Thank you 👍

I did the 1 week plumbing course with Iain. The course was really enjoyable. Iain is a great instructor and I was able to develop new skills in a well-designed learning environment. I would definitely consider coming back next year.

Enjoyable experience, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I was able to learn in just a one week course.
The trainers/teachers were all great, giving not only practical skill growth but lectures on the theory behind why certain products/techniques are used, and help with setting up your own business including marketing and pricing.
I'll definitely return when I get more time off with the aim of getting some form of qualification.

I'd highly recommend this school to anyone looking to pick up one of their offered trades.

A great hands-on introduction to plumbing in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

I recently completed the 1 week plumbing course, would highly recommend it! I left the week with way more knowledge than I thought I would. Ian was a great teacher lots of practical work involved and extra questions always answered and explained with on the job plumbing knowledge!

Loved that it was mostly hands on great environment for learning and great people to be around

Absolutely Fantastic Plumbing Course – Highly Recommended!
I recently completed a 2-week plumbing course and I couldn’t be more impressed. The course was incredibly well-structured, covering everything from the basics to more advanced techniques. There was a perfect balance between hands-on practical work and theoretical learning, which made the experience both engaging and informative.
One of the standout aspects was the opportunity to ask questions throughout. No matter how big or small, every question was welcomed and thoroughly answered, which really helped deepen my understanding.
Iain, our trainer, was exceptional. He was always on hand to provide guidance, support, and a wealth of knowledge. His approachable and patient teaching style made learning enjoyable and effective. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping each student succeed.
If you're considering a plumbing course, I can't recommend this one enough. It’s a brilliant investment in your skills and confidence!

I completed a 2 weeks plastering course at Trades Training School. Very well taught and the experience and knowledge the team have is incredible.

Instructors were patient and adapted the course to my specific circumstances, allowing me to get the most out of the intensive week. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout from both instructors, staff and other students which facilitated learning and retention of skills learned. My wife and I had a very positive experience, worked hard and would happily go back to do more courses there in the future.

I am a complete novice at plastering but this week long course gave me the basic skills, knowledge and confidence to tackle our project. A big shout out to Antony for his knowledge and patience. Anyone thinking about this course, don’t hesitate or look around Trades Training are definitely worth it. A*****

Very effective and clever about letting you gain the practical skills you need. Good basic explanations (materials, regulations, tools, theory), you then set about installing your a complete bathroom and radiator, testing it, fixing the leaks, with an instructor always on hand if needed. And a great crew.
