The website was very user friendly. Then once submitting the prints, your team at tradeshow booth and backdrop were very quick to respond and quickly helped work through some issues with my pictures to get my banners done and delivered in a perfect timeframe. This is a level of support rarely seen in today’s market and the banners were great quality, and very easy to transport and setup. Highly recommended!

My company is repeat customers of TradeShowBooth.com

We love their products and most recently purchased the 10ft Perfect Pop booth with the LED Lights. We opted for a hard case to better protect the booth during shipping.

The construction, set up, and breakdown of the booth are excellent. Took myself and another woman on the team about 10 minutes to set everything up the first time, and 10 minutes to break everything down and properly placed back in the case. The booth is extremely lightweight but is sturdy.

We ran into a last minute design rush due to a change in deadline internally. As the brand specialist, I primarily handle the work with Tradeshowbooth. We mentioned we needed our final design within 5 days of submitting for proofing. They returned proofing on the same day as I submit the artwork, and the shipment was fulfilled with a day to spare. This was all on regular FedEx Ground Shipping.

I am always stunned with the professionalism of their team. This time I was exceptionally pleased with their ability to fulfill our order with time to spare. Thank you for your work TradeShowBooth!

Really fast and responsive!

First time buying a complete booth setup. We normally use a combination of show furnished plus our fabric backdrop. Very happy with the TSB products and super competent graphics department. For us, the benefit is not just saving a few dollars, this purchase gives us control of our booth. No more worry about being ready, we are in control.

Great service

Trade Show Booth was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of creating a trade show booth for my client, a home remodeler in a major market. They worked with me through multiple design options and were patient as we refined the booth to make sure it fit the client’s brand and event needs.

Even though I was late getting final approvals, the product still arrived on time, which I really appreciated. The physical booth turned out beautifully, and the client loved the final product.

Since purchasing the unit, we have used it at three different shows, and we receive compliments on it every time we attend an event. The quality, design support, and overall experience were excellent. I would absolutely recommend Trade Show Booth to anyone who needs a professional display that looks great in person.

The customer service and graphic services were amazing. The best! The product was first class and really made the events.

They always have great service and support. They always are super quick to resolve any issues and the communication is really good.

Billy and the team provided a great experience for the event. They were professional, the set up was quick and seamless and the customer service was excellent. The quality and turnaround of the trading card souvenirs were a nice touch to the event and guests were surprised and happy they got to take home their own trading card picture.

Fast service, booth looks great!

Came out exactly as I wanted team was very helpful and super fast turnaround. Thanks.

Great. Love it

You got the job done when you said you would, without any fuss or issues. The backdrop actually came a couple days before it was expected. When we received it and put it on the frame, we were even more satisfied, it came out better than expected.

Background looks great. Exactly as expected.

Promised and delivered. TradeShowBooth.com had a fast turnaround, the backdrop printing was spot on, and they had a customer support member that helped the entire time.

I worked with Luke on the design, and I basically came up with a design on my own. At every turn, I felt like it was pushed back to me, saying that I needed to provide him all the materials and ideas. It was a waste of money and I could’ve done a better job on Canva. In reality, I would like my money back for the design because his assistance was completely lacking.

Super fast, very helpful and communicative. Our request was too tight a turnaround for the date needed, and staff reached out with a solution. Booth arrived EARLY and looked fantastic.

Follow up from the team and quick turnaround production!
