Lewis jumped in immediately to help us get items ordered for an upcoming conference. Extremely detail oriented and fast - I instantly felt better knowing that EverythingBranded and Lewis were there to take care of our conference needs. Their inventory is unmatched. Will definitely be going back for any upcoming swag we need help procuring.

Easy ordering process - Great customer service rep.
But... The order was not complete - 3 items short. 8.3% of the batch was faulty - Logo was smudged, and items can't be used for marketing. We sent them photos of the faulty pens, customer rep sent complain up the chain, but they never acknowledged or replied back, so we will not purchase from this company again.

This was my first time using Everything Branded and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I had jitters ordering a large order from a company I had zero past experience with, but the consistent communications alleviated my concerns. Dan did a great job keeping me informed from start to finish. He was super responsive and answered my questions promptly. Products were as described and prices were lower than competitors. He even honored a promo offer after I was late on submitting. Great customer service!

AJ was amazing. We have a deadline to get these in for the convention and he worked well with us. The items we originally wanted was out of stuck and he worked with us giving us a perfect even better option.
