I think I received about 10 notifications about this delivery, many that were contradicting, many that were untrue. I was told a delivery attempt was made which was not true as I was home the whole day. It took many more days than previous deliveries from the same company. All in all not a great experience.

Rida, she's really nice. I recommend her whoever wants to get a haircut with everything. She is very friendly.

Placed a order more than a week ago and still never received a email that my order has been shipped emailed them and still no response. Really wish I read these other reviews before I have ordered. Seems like a scam not sure where to go from here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

J'ai commandé 2 produits j'ai reçus les mauvais produits que j'ai retournés j'ai mon numéro de repérage de poste canada, trade secrets disent qu'ils n'ont jamais rien reçu. J'ai demandé un remboursement après 2 mois j'obtiens une réponse d'eux ils acceptent de remboursé (car eux ont reçu un remboursement de poste canada) mais ils ne m'ont jamais remboursé. je crois que c'est frauduleux

I regularly visit Trade Secrets for all my threading and hair services. Their services are exceptional, and the staff is very nice and considerate. Some of the girls talk less due to language barriers, but their service quality remains outstanding. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, no news about shipping or anything I sent many emails without answer. Worst cs — DO NOT ORDER THERE

If zero star was an option, I would’ve rated this place zero stars. They have no customer service number in order for you to reach them to resolve the issue not only that the email that you sent you’ll never get a reply from them so you don’t know what’s going on when you gonna get your order and if there’s any issue. When you buy something online, it shouldn’t be this painful and it shouldn’t give you this kind of heartache and headache. People Do not take these reviews lightly because trade secrets it’s a very painful organization to buy from.

I've been ordering from the online store for years and they use to be great. Something has changed and they do not reply to emails when something goes wrong. They totally ignore you. Their prices are the same elsewhere, so you're better off going to another store that treats you better because you will NOT get any customer care.

Made my first purchase from Trade Secrets Canada, everything was quick or in a timely manner. The receipt and confirmation of the order, the delivery is when it was indicated and the product was well packaged. I highly recommend this company, and I will order again.

Stay away from this terrible company. Sales people don't explaining policies,only after when they are sold product...
They are blaim on covid-19. Right now already 2024. It's ridiculous and even funny. Just close this joint!

I just had my hair colored {supposed to be medium brown} at Square One. During the coloring I kept asking why is it so RED. My hairdresser repeated "do not worry once I wash it the red will go away" & even other hairdressers I asked said the same. But when I got home my husband freaked & showed me in the bathroom mirror where the lights are bright the top of my hair & sides are red ... the bottom brown. I washed it twice & it is still red. When I called them & complained They said the thing. I was hoping they would offer to do it again or give me my $180 back. I am 77 years on pension...

This is my second time ordering from Trade Secrets, the first time, in 2023, everything went well. This time, they did not ship my entire order to me, left some things out by mistake, and have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. I will file a dispute but I would like to warn anyone else not to order from this company - if they make a mistake they will not fix it, and it is a nightmare to chargeback.

They never delivered my shampoo, it’s been more than a week now. No tracking number or anything. They are just scamming people

J’ai commandé 2 masks pour cheveux. Aucune nouvelle d’eux pour un suivi de livraison. J’écris plusieurs fois sans réponse Jusqu’a que je dise que je veux annuler la commande. A ce moment là seulement ils répondent que ils n’ont pas mes items et me proposent d’attendre qu’ils les reçoivent. Je ne veux pas et demande un remboursement. Cela fait maintenant plus d’une semaine que j’attends ce remboursement qui ne vient pas … évitez ce site c’est une arnaque.Je vais faire un signalement à ma banque.

The lady who introduced herself as the owner is very rude. I was dropping off my wife and she kicked me and my kids out of the store for standing in there while I spoke to my wife to figure out where we would meet next. If I can put a 0 star I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had the same thing happen to me as the other reviews started. Ordered a flat iron at the beginning of August and I am still trying to get my money back. I don’t even have the product. The company trade secrets.ca (which operated under gs beauty products) looks legit, but unless you want to keep the product don’t deal with them. They steal!! Ordered the flat iron, followed up 2 weeks later after not receiving it, said it was on back order and I could get my money back or wait. Then 2 hrs later it was in stock and had shipped. Received the product and it stunk like fish when heating up (sign the electrical components are faulty), so I got a return code and label and shipped it back. Then a week later trade secrets sent it back to me again. I was told that they tested the product and it was in good working order and they were sending it back. This happed twice. I don’t have the product now and I don’t have a refund. It is almost 3 months since I purchased the product. There is no one to talk to. They keep sending me in circles hoping I will give up. I am going to the Better Business Bureau. HORRIBLE experience. Do not buy from them!

I bought a flatiron on online at the end of August 2023. When I received the product it did not work. They provided me with a return label and I informed them I didn't want a replacement and just wanted my refund. After weeks of asking the status of my refund they decided to mail back the flatiron to me this week?? So I've returned it back to them still requesting a refund and they're ignoring my emails and they never answer their phone at the head office and they've never returned my calls. Very frustrated with this company and just want my refund.

Ordered on September 5 with item supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. On September 15 I wrote to ask for a tracking number as I hadn't received it and was told that it was backordered and that they would be refunding me. I wonder how long they would have kept my money if I hadn't inquired??

I had an excellent experience with Trade Secrets. The whole process, from ordering to receiving the products, took 5 days. I ordered on Sunday and received an order confirmation email with an invoice. On Tuesday, my order was shipped, and I received another email with the tracking number. On Friday, my products were already delivered by Canada Post, well packaged and everything was fine!
