My first time at town house. Booked a manicure with Mariam. Absolutely brilliant. Mariam was friendly, very professional and excellent at what she did. Will definitely come back again.

As always the attention to detail was great! Staff are always so friendly and Kayla does a great job with my nails. Knowing exactly what treatments, shapes and colours I usually get. Thanks again! I’ll be back for my regular manicure.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Wonderfully relaxing and informative throughout the whole process. Catherine and Cherrie were very gentle and a joy to chat to. The massage at the end was absolutely perfect. Will have to come back in the summer and try out the extra shiny chrome gels!

Completely unreliable
This place is completely unreliable. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get a mani-pedi for my wedding, which they cancelled with 3 hours notice. This has left me with less than 24 hours to find a new nail technician which has been a lot of unnecessary stress in the lead up to my wedding. There is no way to contact a real person, you can’t phone the branch and the WhatsApp service only gives generic, unhelpful responses.

Gel manicure
I had a gel manicure on March 25, but unfortunately the quality didn’t hold up. Within a few days, the gel started lifting on my thumbnail, and before Easter it had come off around several other nails as well.
I take care of my hands and don’t use harsh soaps or anything that would cause this, so I was quite disappointed with how quickly it deteriorated. I expected it to last much longer.

First experience in townhouse
This was my first experience in townhouse. I had yuliia as my nail tech and I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, patient and meticulous nail tech. There was no rush, she did everything I asked for and made sure I was happy with everything before she finished. Her detail was immaculate. I would recommend the shop and yuliia! Thank you!
