I wasn't sure about what I should get for my existing kit, so I emailed them and got a useful reply very quickly. The subsequent order was also very quick. Service was very good... can't knock it 😁. Well done, thank you. I am now out camping with my CADAC kit all working well 😁

Professional Efficient and friendly
I contacted Towler and Staines with regard to a fire safety stick striker that had got damp and for my own piece of mind felt it needed replacing. I received an email back the next day from Jacob at T&S saying it would be replaced free of charge and put in the post that day. Good to their word it arrived a few days later. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received and I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from T&S again, knowing how much they look after and value their customers. Professional, efficient and friendly. Good to know companies like this still exist. Happy customer 🙂

As professional as always. I don’t go anywhere else. I messed up with my PayPal transaction, No problem for Towler & Staines. The lady in accounts kept checking my account and thankfully only one transaction had gone through. Personal service definitely when it’s needed. Great teamwork from all the staff. I order on line and don’t always get it right but they sort out what I need. Not many places this helpful.

The service at the Keighley location…
The service at the Keighley location was truly outstanding. The staff combined professionalism with warmth and helpfulness. A few small problems arose, but they were swiftly resolved. A big thanks to everyone, especially Hamy, for turning things around. What an incredible team! I would strongly recommend them.
