Absolutely fantastic service from Raitis, the manager of the Keighley branch. He was professional, thorough and very personable while helping me identify the parts I needed to repair my Cadac bbq. He went above and beyond in his helpfulness and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Bought Cadac chef 30 at Newark motorhome show on unpacking pot stand missing,rang on Monday morning phone answered promptly by very helpful lady who immediately said apologies will express replacement today arrived Wednesday what a pleasure to deal with a honest company would certainly recommend and use again

Hi Betty, unfortunately we can not refund consumable items such as gas cylinders as we are unable to resell them. We're sorry this has prompted you to leave us a 1 star review, hopefully you are able to get your Sodastream working again - If your Sodastream is less than 2 years old it will still be under warranty and they can repair it for you!
I increased my confidence, loved the experience of towing…
I loved the experience of towing without the added stress of being straight out on the road. The instructor immediately put me at ease and was so knowledgeable I had no worries about what I was doing and was able to relax and learn in a safe environment. Thank you would definitely recommend this course.

As a UK citizen resident in N Ireland…
As a UK citizen resident in N Ireland I needed a Cadac small part and this company were listed as exclusive UK suppliers. On the website there is no provision for NI residents which is the first negative. When I emailed I got an initial response which I promptly replied to I got no follow up. After prompting again I was told they couldn’t post first class Royal Mail and 2nd class was £4. This for an item the size of a kola cube. I explained from outset I needed the part urgently so this was no use to me.
Maybe I’ll get the part in France. I will be informing Cadac International about this inadequate customer service to a UK resident.

Hi Allen, we're sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with us. It can be a bit tricky shipping to Northern Ireland now due to the new changes with the Windsor Framework, however we do make exceptions when customers contact us and are always happy to try and ship to all customers. We offered our usual service to you (£4.00 standard shipping) which was not accepted despite being a fairly average shipping cost, and sadly we could not come to any form of compromise. We've shipped items to many customers in Northern Ireland and will continue to do so, so if you do decide to use us in the future we'd be more than happy to help you.
