Possiedo già un Eleglide C1 ST con motore centrale e volevo disporre anche di una bici con motore sul mozzo.
Ho ordinato una Touroll J1 che mi è arrivata nel giro di una settimana. Tempo di montaggio circa 60 minuti.
Tutto ok. Esteticamente bella, la verniciatura sembra resistente e i componenti sembrano di buona qualità. Ho percorso finora 70 km e mi rimane ancora circa il 40% di carica. La bici non dispone di sensore di coppia ma risponde bene comunque, è stabile e ben equilibrata. Unico punto debole la frenata, poco efficiente, bisogna fare un notevole sforzo sulle leve per potersi fermare in sicurezza, questo è dovuto al freno a disco meccanico. Il prezzo superiore della Eleglide C1 ST rispetto alla Touroll J1 è dovuto al motore centrale Ananda, ai freni a disco idraulici, al serraggio della ruota anteriore con levetta e al manubrio regolabile in inclinazione. La Touroll J1 rispetto a Eleglide dispone della luce di posizione posteriore che si comanda dal display ed è munita anche di spia di stop quando si azionano i freni.
Absolute Joke - No Tracking, No Support! Stay Away!
I placed an order for the S2 Pro on March 21st, and today is April 11th. I still don't even have a tracking number! The delivery dates on their website keep shifting like a joke: first it was "Early April", then it became "Mid-April", and now the website suddenly says "Early May".
I have sent 2 emails to customer service asking for a simple update, and I have been completely ignored. Absolutely no response. Because of this terrible communication and constant delays, I am now very close to canceling my order and getting a refund. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Very unreliable!

They're absolutely abysmal. After MONTH of texting, investing time and providing videos to the support team to receive a sensor because mine broke, I've gotten this final answer and no further will to help:
".. But now we may have been able to determine the problem with your bike, and you don't need to provide a video anymore.
After checking internally, we regret to inform you that the sensor for this model is currently out of stock. Additionally, due to current warehouse and shipping restrictions, we are temporarily unable to dispatch accessories.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

So my e-bike is now completely unusable after not even two years and Touroll doesn't care at all about providing further help!

Schandalige dienst na verkoop!
Sinds 1,5 jaar een elektrische fiets van Touroll, aangekocht bij Bol.com. Schandalige dienst na verkoop zowel qua Touroll als Bol.com. Vervangstukken amper te verkrijgen, fiets niet meer te gebruiken zonder display. Al sinds januari aan het wachten op een nieuwe display ! Zowel Touroll als Bol.com doen niets. Schandalig! Nooit meer een Touroll fiets! Misschien goedkoper maar absoluut geen dienst na verkoop! En al meermaals alle nodige info bezorgd! Van factuur nummer tot bestel order!

Enttäuscht
Ich hatte leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung mit meinem Touroll E‑Bike. Die mitgelieferte Batterie war mechanisch nicht montierbar, weil die Führungszähne nicht zur Halterung passten. Zusätzlich war die Lackierung der Batteriebasis ungleichmäßig und optisch minderwertig.
Da ich das Fahrrad dringend benötigte, musste ich es auf eigene Kosten reparieren lassen. Damit habe ich dem Hersteller sogar den Versand einer neuen Batterie erspart – gut für die Umwelt und günstiger für das Unternehmen.
Trotzdem zeigte sich der Kundenservice wenig kulant und bot nur eine minimale Erstattung an, obwohl der Mangel eindeutig vorlag. Schade, denn das Produkt selbst hat Potenzial, aber der Service sollte kundenorientierter sein.

Unacceptable shipping delay
I ordered a bike from Touroll on March 18th and it still hasn’t been shipped.
I’ve been asked to pay for a completely unnecessary new order and promised a refund if I didn’t accept. Now they say it will be sent - but nothing has been shipped.
This is unacceptable. I demand immediate shipping of my original order.
Touroll, this level of service is not acceptable for paying customers.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, alles perfekt verpackt. Leichter Zusammenbau mit sehr guter Anleitung. Preis super.
Wenn es jetzt auch noch so gute Fahreigenschaften hat und lange hält, bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Non la ricomprerei
Comprata su Temu a ottimo prezzo la Touroll J1 st dopo solo 27 km non ha più funzionato, e da lì un odissea di lentezza dove Touroll spagna e Cina dicevano di rifarmi con il venditore Temu, insomma sono passati 2 mesi e la bici è ancora ferma, mi hanno mandato due pezzetti di ricambio inutili, io mi sono ricomprato la centralina e il motore che ancora oggi non è arrivato, non consiglio a nessuno la bici.
Metto 2 stelle perché la bici mi piace

C’est le troisième vélo électrique que j’achete .
Les deux premiers achetés chez Decathlon sont des vélos corrects , mais en montagne ( je suis Savoyard ) ils manquent de puissance.
Le Touroll est bien fini , il a l’air costaud , facile à monter , facile à enfourcher .
En route , le fonctionnement est très correct , le dérailleur facile à utiliser et surtout son couple moteur de 45 Nm est très intéressant en montée .
Je pèse 90 kg , j’ai 83 ans et dans des montées à 9% je reste en 6ème vitesse ou il fallait passer en première avec mon elops . Génial.
En plus l’accélérateur permet un démarrage super facile . En un mot , je recommande ce vélo.

In the space of the 6 months from the 8/8/25 up until now ive had this bike ive been going back and forth with the support about getting parts and Replacements for the faulty bike they have sold me
Refuse to accept the faults are manufacturing error and the parts they send out are cheap and Untrusting i wouldnt bother with this company
Go to your local bike stores and look at products what are better than Touroll like hitway or any other brand

After contacting the spanish customer service, which resulted uneventful, the English speaking support was a huge help, with swift replies, and helped with everything i needed assistance with. The bike works perfectly and the customer support as well. Would recommend!

Touroll, I have to say has an amazing customer service team who actually cares about you and your emotions. I absolutely amazed and If I got chance to give them more stars I would be up for it.
Overall great experience and the product was packed nicely.
If I have to give an observation for their improvement I can suggest them to make the delivery a little faster. I don't know if it was an issue of them or the delivery company's. It took 20 days to get the product in hand. It's been 1 week I am using the bike (J1 st) and it is actually super considering the price. So, the bottom line is, "IT IS A VALUE FOR MONEY DEAL".

Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre aide précieuse concernant la réception d'un second colis (vélo électrique) qui n'a pas été livré en même temps que le premier vélo. Grâce à votre réactivité et à votre suivi la situation a pu être rapidement résolue.
Concernant les vélos, n'avons pas pu encore les tester réellement (intempérie), mais ils correspondent à nos attentes. Mentionnons qu'un garde boue était endommagé et Touroll nous en a fait livré un autre.
