Excellent bike and wonderful customer service as I purchased a charger by mistake, Miya helped me with my refund which was very straight forward.
battery replacement
I was forced to replace my 3 years old battery in my C29 bike.
However I needed batery with 5 pins connector and noone could help me.
I asked duotts, sent them all necessary information and just 2 days after order placement got the replacement battery.
It was very positive expirience.
C29 - Motor Blew on 2nd ride out !
Bought the C29 - arrived within a few days.
Had it professionally assembled by an experienced cycle mechanic. On only my second ride out the motor packed in - totally ! I was in a remote location & it took 2 hours to push and ride it manually to get back to where I could get reception to summon assistance.
Immediately contacted Customer Services & their response suggests I may have a battle to get them to honour my contractual consumer rights.
Up until that time I was quite impressed with the bike but to spend so much money on something and have it break down in less than 50 miles with questionable Customer Service after care is simply not acceptable

Duotts delivered a defect part not taking responsibility
Duotts delivered a front fork with a screw being stuck to it. The threading inside the screw hole was damaged/defect from the production. Because of that I can't install the headlight or the front fender. I went to a local repair shop with the problem and they couldn't remove the screw either. They said that it's possible to drill a new bigger hole on top of the existing one, milling away the screw and the existing thread and after that putting in a new thread in the hole. They didn't recommend doing that because of the risk in damaging the strength of the front fork as well as it's probably more expensive than getting a new front fork. Duotts seems to not want to take responsibility for delivering a defect product, not wanting to replace with a new front fork. Such a disappointment.

I had a problem with the malfunction on my C29 display,
I contacted customer services (Miya, Amy and Ruby) at Duotts explaining the problem, what I'd done to try and remedy it and sent a short video showing the problem, I received a swift reply explaining that they accepted the display was faulty and informed me that a replacement would be shipped, I received this shortly afterwards and the problem was solved.
A very professional customer services.

I am absolutely satisfied with the company DUOTTS. There was some shipping damage, but the way they handled it was truly five-star. I received support throughout the entire process—from sending the replacement part to the repair itself. The bike is fantastic (C 29 MAX). I’m sure that if I ever replace this bike, the next one will also be a DUOTTS. 🚴♂️⭐

I received defective hydraulic brakes, which meant my bicycle had no working brakes and I could not use it safely. Because of this, I had to repair the bike myself and pay around 800 SEK for the repair.
I contacted the company several times and sent the receipt as they requested, but they took a long time to respond and did not properly address the problem. Instead of solving the issue and compensating the repair cost, they sent another product without my agreement.
Customer service has been very disappointing and the communication was poor. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Expérience d'achat excellente. Commande traitée rapidement, suivi de livraison précis et régulier à chaque étape — on sait exactement où en est le colis. Délai de livraison respecté, emballage soigné, vélo arrivé en parfait état. Le rapport qualité/prix du S26 est remarquable. Pour une commande depuis la Belgique, c'est franchement impeccable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Don't buy this bike.i have so many issues with this bike , pedal assist is not working since 4months, horn and front light also not working and now I am facing E07 display,I mailed them lot of time but they didn't reply me .they sent me only cables but I changed cable but still has the same issues. it just 14th months old.

Hatte leider gleich bei meiner ersten Ausfahrt mit meinem neuen DUOTTS E29 mit Bafang Motor einen Motorschaden.Habe dann ein Video mit dem kaputtem Motor an amy gesendet und nach erfolgter Kontaktaufnahme innerhalb einer Woche einen neuen Motor erhalten.Das E-BIKE funktioniert jetzt wieder wie es sollte! Habe seit 3 Jahren einen DUOTTS Roller der nach 3000 km noch wie neu funktioniert.
Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Firma DUOTTS und mit der Garantie Leistung! Würde beide Produkte wieder kaufen!

Worse company to purchase an electric bike from, purchased the F20 on Dec 19 of last year, didn’t get a tracking number so I filed with PayPal,I dealt with Amy from US-Duotts and she got me to drop the PayPal complaint indicating that a label had been generated but that Fedex had not picked it up, it’s one thing to generate a label and another to have the shipper pick up the unit, one week later I finally saw movement from California.I received an inferior bike than what was advertised,no adjustable front fork and a cheap headlight with a rear shock that didn’t function from the get go. Still communicating with Amy sending pics and videos and screenshots of situation and all I got was a lot of bs. Worse customer support ever encountered from a company.Their so called two years warranty is of no use, never got the advertised fork, never got a replacement shock all I got is a defective and inferior product from what is advertised. Do not buy any of their bikes or you will end up with a dud bike without warranty. And a customer representative that will lie and lie until basically you give up.

Bad delivery signature should be required on all deliverys
They used FedEx as shipping company FedEx delivered bike halfway between the street and door box in plain view of street as it was over a certain amount they should have got signature of course it was stolen FedEx is a customer of DUOTTs not me first they ignored my videos on their internal web email then their email server blocked my emails when I did get through they refuse to make a claim with FedEx I would not buy a bike from them

Duotts and their staff are a breath of fresh air. Nothing is a problem and their after care service is brilliant. Lovely people to deal with and their products are very good and competitively priced.
We need more of good honest suppliers like Duotts.
